Villa Omnia

Everything was as we expected. The host was very welcoming. We felt very good. Clean location, very clean pool, barbecue area with terrace. We would love to come back.

Lovely villa, really spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Pool area and garden were lovely. Great host who was very friendly. We had a lovely stay. Its about 25 minute walk to the upmarket resort of St Constantine and Helena where we enjoyed the beaches, restaurants and the Ensana Aquahouse for a spa session. Some may prefer a car to get up and down the hill but we didn't mind the walk. The villa is in a quiet location with no through road and is very private. We would stay again.

We can only strongly recommend to avoid this property, which is clearly not meeting Booking's standards based on our experience. As a starting point, the owner can only accept payment in cash, in Leva or Euros (then we are obliged to change money and assume respective extra cost), and is not able to provide any invoice for the received money. Including she requested a 200EUR deposit, ,while on Booking site is mentioned 200 Levas, not Euros. Then, at the checkout the owner requested us to bring our garbage (quite few bags as were 4 days for 4 adults and 2 toddlers) to a location which is not at walking distance, as apparently she cannot provide any solution and considers that customers should do that -- we highly disagree that this is normal in the hospitality industry to request customers to take garbage in their own cars. To end that all story, the owner refused to give us back the entire deposit (which is a damage deposit as mentioned also on Booking site) and retained 20 Euros as we refused to bring the garbage in our own cars, which already had trunks full with our luggage and children on board. We tried to insist that she should give back the entire deposit as no damage was made to the house and she had an aggressive attitude, screaming that we should go out of her house (we did not understand the words in Bulgarian but gesture was quite explicit) and apparently starting to ask some people to come over (she pretended that she was contacting the police, but we doubted that). Our overall impression is nothing less that this Owner is of scammer type, not providing any invoices and looking for any way to retain extra money. Communication was also complicated as the owner cannot speak English, so is proper to misunderstanding and all types of issues which she turns in her favour.

Everything was great, enjoyed the staying together with another couple, althought it can easily fit 6 people. Host is very nice also. Hope to go there again in the future.

If you are looking for a nice, quiet, and not touristy expereince this is a lovely property located on the hills by Sv. Konstantin and Elena. There is a view of the Black Sea from the patio and upstairs balconies. The outdoor pool area is comfortable and surrounded by fruit trees and small vbegetable garden. Having a car was a plus for us as its easier to get around and drive to the local beaches, town, restaurants and grocey stores. The hosts were very welcoming, the property is very well maintained and it feels like home, not just like a typical rental property. I would love to return again with my family. I have lived in Varna and I am familiar with the city and neighboring beach towns. The nearest beach is much nicer than the city beaches and the water is calm and perfect for kids. The adults can enhoy nice drinks and food from the beach restaurants.

Fantastic view across the Black Sea coast, up on hillside setting. Large pool, multiple terraces and good airflow throughout the villa. Lovely surrounding area with new beach entertainments nearby.

Location was slightly difficult to get to due to road closures in the area, but the host kindly led us to the villa when we arrived!

The villa was great had everything we needed The gardener was such a lovely man we only wish we could speak Bulgarian. He was very kind and helpful We loved the pool and the gardens were beautiful . A lovely relaxing holiday

The location was hard to find but once we got used to it we got plenty of exercise and the local taxi company were very efficient The constant noise of dogs barking was annoying at night
