First Villa

綺麗、清潔感があります。

雨の日は外でBBQできない。

・ベランダでのバーべキューが大人4人・子供１人でゆったりできた。 ・施設内の清潔さ ・バーべキュー設備、食器、冷蔵庫等、新しい物が完備していた。

・家具で、建付けが悪い箇所があった。

Location was very good with parking outside villa. Spacious accomodation with full kitchen.

The futons beds were not made up but all sheets etc were in a cupboard. We used 2 futons mattresses for each person as was very uncomfortable with only 1 futon.

Great property at a very convenient and peaceful location. Walking distance to Yamanakako Lake. It was our second visit here and we would like to come again.

Good Facilities, house is well furnished and warm, easy communication.

Surrounding area can be quite eerie at night. Energy and atmosphere was dead. Would reccomened lightning up the surrounding area.

Perfect little cottage, plenty of space (could fit a whole family). Well equipped with all the amenities you could need! Close to the lake and lots of great places to eat :)

The villa was spacious, clean, and had a warm, inviting atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I especially enjoyed the reading room. Overall, it was a very pleasant and relaxing stay.

The main downside was that the bathroom felt quite cold in winter, and there was a wind-like noise at times. It would be better if the inner entrance area had a lock or some form of partition.
