We really enjoyed our stay. Lovely villa, nice views, good pool, friendly owner/staff.

- We adored the location of the villa. The setting is peaceful, as you're surrounded by olive groves in the Cretan countryside with mountain and sea views, making the villa feel very private but still a fantastic base for exploring Rethymno and Crete. A quiet retreat after a day of exploring. - The villa was super clean and modern. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook in, and the smart TV in the living area was huge. Luxurious touches like the bath with jets in the main bedroom, a private pool and rainfall shower. - Our villa was cleaned every 3 days and the hosts were lovely. - Despite the rural location, we felt very safe as the area is well-lit and security cameras protect the driveway and villas. Shutters over all windows for privacy and security. - 100Mbps+ WiFi

Very modern, very clean, all facilities in villa as stated and worked well with excellent shower. Large parking area; location very quiet. Good taverna in few minutes drive/15 minutes walk.

Surprised that there was no small welcome pack beyond 2 bottles of water. Depth of pool seemed to be more than the stated 1.4m. Access road for last mile to property very narrow with very limited passing points.

Property was great. Minor issues were resolved. Hosts seemed to be interested in our well being.

Location needs car.

Lovely villa with great facilities in very peaceful location but with good access (15 mins) to Rethymno. Very helpful host and staff..

Would have been useful to have had a quick run through of the facilities and how they work on arrival.

A great property that was private and peaceful. only downside was no dishwasher…but everything else was great!

The isolation and the view of the Cretan countryside up the valley. George was very helpful in providing a softer mattress cover as the bed is very hard. He replaced broken scissors when asked.

The wrong claims made in your description of the property under Facilities, i.e. 1."Balcony; Upper floors accessible by stairs only" . This is a single ground floor building. 2.There is no Dishwasher. 3. There is no "Sea view" from number 4. 4. It is not "Detached". The drain in the shower room continues to not work properly due to incorrect contouring. During our stay the gardens of all the villas were given their final maintenance for the year which for us included the dust from the bare ground being blown around everywhere. Although George apologised, we were given little notice that anything was to happen and so were unable to leave the property for the day to avoid the noise and the mess. The pool filter system hardly ever stops. As this was a return visit none of the above was a surprise apart from the "Gardening".
