Waterfront villa with pool

Lokacija i pogled su odlični.

Boravili smo u ovoj kući na Korčuli tjedan dana. Lokacija je doista izvrsna — okružena prekrasnom prirodom i mirnim okruženjem, što je naš boravak učinilo opuštajućim. Pogled i atmosfera su zaista vrijedni pohvale. Nažalost, kuća ima niz manjih, ali važnih nedostataka koje bi se s malo truda moglo riješiti. Svjetlo i mlaznice u bazenu nisu radile, perilica posuđa nije radila ispravno, a ni kada nije funkcionirala kako treba. Posuđe je bilo raspareno, ogrebano i čaša je bilo premalo (po jedna od svake vrste). Vlasnica je ljubazno došla jedan dan i donijela kolač, no prilikom pokušaja rješavanja problema sa svjetlom u bazenu zapravo je isključeno filtriranje vode, što je dodatno otežalo situaciju. Sve u svemu, lijepo smo se proveli zahvaljujući lokaciji, ali za cijenu koju ova kuća traži očekivali bismo višu razinu održavanja i funkcionalnosti objekta.

The location was absolutely amazing, you are tucked away from everyone else at the end of a track, so it is perfectly tranquil. The views are absolutely stunning and change throughout the day, we also loved how each night we had different neighbours as boats came into dock for the night. The property has everything you need for the perfect holiday, the younger members of our group wanted to squeeze orange juice, looked in the kitchen and we had a squeezer, group bbq - we had everything we needed, the list goes on. The owner Katy clearly is passionate about making everyone’s holiday perfect, she even did some shopping for us so we had what we needed upon arriving and brought us a hot meal, as we didn’t have our hire car until day 2 of our stay. We used one of the car hire companies recommended by Katy - Meditarano and had fantastic service from them. We also used Proizo for boat and jet ski hire, again fantastic service. There’s a small local restaurant Banjko about a 5 minute drive away, which does amazing local cuisine, so we did a mixture of this, bbq’s and Vela Luka and had amazing meals.

Nothing, the property was able to suit every one of our needs within our group, which ranged from 12 year old into their 40’s.

Simply fantastic! The tip of the island feels like it belongs to you. The Villa is very clean, very big and the view from there all around is brilliant. The host is very friendly and open minded. The seclusion and water access make it the perfect place to forget the world.
