Localização, conforto, limpeza, área exterior e comunicação com o Proprietário, proximidade ao aeroporto e transportes públicos. Bons restaurantes, cafés, pastelarias e supermercados nas redondezas.

Talvez pudesse ter uma chaleira e chávena no quarto para café ou chá. Havia chaleiras no hall mas chávenas não. De resto tudo impecável
