property as modern refurbished with some quality materials but not all.

we were informed that we will have at our disposal cleaning materials but there was nothing not even dish washer soap. they charge 150€ extra to " clean" after you but it seemed they didn't do this after the previous guests as the kitchen was quite a mess and hands everywhere so was the window door from the living room. One of the toilets didn't have water running in the bide. It was full of dust and spider webs hanging from the cealling and under the furniture. not something I wanted to encounter having arachnophobia. The fridge was not working so we attempted to contact the staff but we had no response yet. We managed to make it work by sticking some tape on the button which seemed to be wobbly. Kind of a bad experience and I wouldn’t be returning here again.
