Yellow Family Villa - Private Pool - AC- 5 Min Walk to Beach -

The staff was so helpful and kind and always checked our needs and the place was clean and so spacious.

The pool was a bit cold because of weather conditions.

Very nice villa . The owner is very kind .few minutes also to the beach . I highly recommend it. Sure, I will return again

The area needs some improvement like roads ,resturants

- The pool was clean and covered which made it perfect for swimming all day protected from the sun - The guard and his wife were helpful and tried to help within their ability - No dust or sand inside the house

- Many ants all over second floor and all toilets. We had to go out and buy ant killers to keep the numbers down - Our children were bit by some insect. We suspect it to be bed bugs. Had to visit a doctor as the bites caused inflammation that increased day after day. They had to take medication to stop the inflammation. - One room was not usable due to malfunctioning air con. We had to correspond 2 days with the host to try to get it repaired. It never got repaired. We asked for the technician phone number to be able to correspond with him to schedule an appointment. The host didn't send a number or send a technician. - Another room had an air con that periodically let air in that smelled terrible - Another room had a bathroom that smelled terrible probably due to drainage issues - The kitchen and the utensils were very dirty - The fridge was weak (not cooling) and missing a shelf all drawers which made it difficult to store stuff. - No of beds didn't match description. No pictures of the bed rooms in the ad. They would have revealed that one bed is actually a 1 and 1/2 bed and not a 2 persons bed. This was a problem for us. - The covers and blankets that match the season were missing. We asked for the missing blankets and we got one winter one. - Outside chairs around the pool were broken and nails were sticking out of the seats - Neighbors were throwing small pebbles at us while we were sitting around the pool - The streets leading from the main road (high way) to the house are beyond terrible

Cleaning inside the villa except a lot of ants on all the areas of the villa Staff is very helpful The owner is very supportive

Cleaning on the around the swimming pool was not that OK Too much ants on the villa and even some cocroushs No privacy special from the neighbours on the building next to the villa all the time they are looking the villa and we could not use the swimming pool freely because of that Kitchen is not fully equipped No Internet

This is the second time we spent vacation in this wonderful villa. The guard and his wife are extremely helpful and great. We enjoyed a pleasant vacation in a private place.

Nothing just wasting my time traveling to there  And i left next day I didn't not stay there

The location is so bad  it's very hard to get in and out and all the road around this house. It's very very tiny and broken and the main road completely tears out.  a lot of bugs inside the house especially the bathroom and the kitchen. One of the air conditioner is not working electric cut off at 3 o'clock in the morning. and more

The property is great for private enjoyment. The security guard and his wife are quite helpful. The beach is only a short distance away. Everything is at your fingertips. We will definitely return to this great property for another vacation.

Villa is fantastic, and well equipped. Tanja is a great host.

As soon you step outside the villa area, tons of garbage is floating in the streets. But this is the same in most Egypt. Air is a little more cleaner here in Alexandria than in Cairo
