Very helpful staff, they go above and beyond to cater to you and help you have a great trip.

Un endroit hors du temps, dans un quartier tranquille. Un magnifique endroit, de beaux arbres, belles végétation et les anciennes maisons restaurées avec goût. Les oiseaux y chantent à tue tête. On ressent la tradition, la culture et surtout de l’authenticité. En plus les propriétaires sont aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes (conseil pour le thé, la nourriture). Un séjour inoubliable.

Nothing, it was perfect.

Ottima posizione nel centro città, molto tranquilla, atmosfera fantastica, sembra di entrare in un villaggio fiabesco. Personale cordiale e molto disponibile per ogni esigenza. Servizio di lavanderia molto comodo. Colazione prevalentemente thailandese ma con anche opzioni dolci (pane e marmellata e brioches).

Niente, è stato tutto molto piacevole. Forse segnalerei solo, perché io non lo avevo capito dalla descrizione della villa, che la villa riso glutinoso è composta da due stanze da letto ma una delle due (con letto a castello) è separata dal resto della casa con scale di legno e ha serratura indipendente. Noi, avendo due bambini abbastanza piccoli, abbiamo dormito un adulto con un bambino in ogni camera. Comunque anche la camera al piano superiore ha il bagno privato. Ci sono un po’ di zanzare ma il personale è molto attento a mettere gli antizanzare fuori dalla casa e con un po’ di attenzione non si ha alcun problema!

A beautiful welcome to a family home. The property is stunning and traditional. We felt joy staying in the main house. The hospitality was beyond what we could have expected. Assistance with airport pick - up/ drop off. Information and a great list of things to do. Attention to detail. Breakfast was provided earlier for a day trip. A lovely selection of breakfast. Amazing tea collection. A very nice parting gift and a surprise extra gift, as i had asked to buy some blue lotus tea. The room itself was amazing, huge, a great bath tub, shower, a comfortable bed. A huge balcony. Lovely quiet and relaxing grounds.

Incredible stay here! A kind family who really look after you - from the free airport transfers to all the great recommendations they gave us and the cute herbal tea station, I could go on… The accommodation itself is incredible with each room being so unique - a truly memorable stay in Chiang Mai that we won’t forget Definitely stay here for a unique experience

The ambience is amazing! Beautifully chosen furniture and attention to detail. The staff are absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. It’s a green oasis in a very busy part of old town Chiang Mai.

It’s not grand or super fancy, but that’s the appeal. Small street/alley to access property.
