Everything about the place is amazing, well equipped, lovely and friendly staff. The place is close to restaurants, pubs and art galleries. It is elegant, really a home away from home. Loved the TV screen, big bath tub and the comfortable bed. Please put more rails in the shower to have bath towels and some small storage to put cosmetics, especially for people who would be staying for a couple of days.

There is no balcony or small veranda to sit outside for coffee and get fresh air. The privacy is not that great because if you open the door people working at the restaurants using the back door can see inside, because there is a lot of movement.

The decor was beautiful

It had been unclear when we booked that the living area and tv were upstairs. I had my elderly parents with me and the stairs were difficult to navigate.
