Fake pictures and old villa everything is over used The bed is the worst for you back

The outside grounds was impressive and well maintained unlike the villas. There was 24hr security which made me feel safe. The villas had decent amount of storage space and it was cleaned well. Rajini even ply our clothes from the drying rack.

The villas were old and tired. It was not worth £400 per night. The owners are expecting high returns for little investments. I didn’t have hot water for the shower for two nights in villa 33. The tiles were cracked, inadequate toilet seat placed which made it difficult to balance on. The water from the shower did not drain so health and safety aspect of slipping. The taps in the kitchen moved and there were evidence of dampness on the walls. When i raised the cold water issue I got flogged off by Aman to say that it’s solar powered and because it had been raining that’s why I got cold water. I then got moved to villa 27 (thanks to Marcus) which was marginally better but there was cracked unsafe electric sockets along with broken shower head which limited a decent water flow from the shower head not to mention blocked sinks that required an hour to drain and satellite receiver was not working. Which meant we were without a tv for the whole duration of our stay could not watch the football match.

Very clean and really well furnished. Amazing pool. The guards, maids and pool guy were lovely

Quite far from the beach and no shuttle service. We had to get taxis everywhere.

The villa was clean and very well decorated. It was superb. Nice setting. Cozy.

We couldn't park our car near our villa and had to walk back and forth.

L'hôte de la villa (Marcus) nous a très bien accueilli, avec de bonnes informations. Très bien placé, cependant nécessité de louer une voiture car pas de trottoir facilitant les déplacements. Ménage effectué tous les jours, lieux très propre, mention spéciale à Maita pour son efficacité et sa gentillesse.

Petit déjeuner très simple, nous suggèrons de faire soit même les courses.

spacious villa, private, nice decor, excellent security and resort area.

inventory items missing not replaced. e.g. glassware. sun lounger broken which was already known by staff, half repaired pool tiles. its the small things that get noticed. thats what lets the overall experience down.

The property is excellent, good set up and very private. In midst of Mother Nature .

Kitchen and bathroom appliances didn’t work as appliance sockets didn’t work with the connection provided . Quite a disappointing. As it’s self service Villa more reasons all the appliances should be working but sadly after many reminders it didn’t . Our point of contact was Marcus and he was barely responsive with solutions after 3 days of stay he met us and last two days of the stay no housekeeping , hygiene was poor and AC was leaking . No ceiling fan in the dinning area

The property had a nice pool

We was told to arrive at the property early 12.00pm but Marcus never arrived till 15.30pm for check in and to show how everything works and where to find things. when it should have been 14:00. This was the first red flag. When we arrived the Tv did not work so 3 men had to come and fix it. The beds are terribly hard and only had one pillow per person. It was pretty basic for what is meant to be a luxury villa. We was asked to pay 20,000 deposit on check in which was fine. My family and i had advised Marcus on day of check out we was planning a family trip so we would need to leave by 11am to travel to the other side of the island. Marcus did not show up on time day of check out we called and called finally managed to get hold of him. He told me and my family we would have to get a taxi into the town to meet a lady with a card machine if we wish for our deposit to be returned. We was completely shocked at this as our baby is only 4 months old. We had no idea what we was doing we are tourist on holiday. This was not agreed or mentioned on check in We argued and finally he said he would come to give us our money back in 20 mins. My family and i was desperate to leave to make our trip and collect baby formula as we was all out, which we told Marcus. Our Poor Baby cried and went hungry for 2 hours while we waited for our deposit to be returned, My wife was in tears and baby crying as we did not plan on being in the villa so late. We are currently battling the general manager Maxell Ternel who seems to have no empathy towards me and my family for the terribly service and the stress caused to me and my family. Takes days and days to get a simple email response. Maxwell has offered an early check in and late check out on our next stay, Which i find utterly shocking him thinking we would ever stay with them again after this. They added they would also compensate for our day trip which we declined. We will continue to fight this !!!
