The place had all the furniture and equipment needed for the trip/ stay cation.

There was no meet and greet from the host/ owner which gave an impression of the host not looking forward to meeting the people who had booked the villa, for what reason we do not know and no apology was given to this regard. Treatment was very racist. House keeping very poor during our stay, towels and sheets not changed on a daily/ our bins were not emptied during house keeping. I was told the refundable deposit would be sent during immediately after check out but none received.

Very spacious and clean, great place to go as couples as the bedrooms are separate en-suites, It is clean and well maintained

The fact that nothing can be done about the bush baby dropping that fall on your bed while you trying to sleep. That was not nice

The owner was flexible to accommodate my last-minute booking amendment due to unforseen circumstances. Location is easily accessible and safe.

As a returnee to Wildlife Estate, I had high expectations, and unfortunately, this particular property failed to meet the standard. First thing first. I was taken aback by the constant reminders about house rules days prior to my arrival. It was annoying. The lodge is BASIC. The place requires maintenance, I still experienced issues that I read in old reviews , like broken bedroom sliding doors. The lodge is not the cleanest. The kitchen and living room need an upgrade to meet the "luxury" standards. Couches are old. Kitchen utensils are basics. Window blinds can be replaced with something sustainable yet eco-friendly. The place could also benefit from a water pressure pump if permissible in the wildlife area. Otherwise, a big family have to time their bath time wisely. You get drips of water in certain showers. Moreover, despite the rain, the pool was unsightly. The property manager did due diligence by warning us about the leaking roof, broken doors, etc. The question is, why are those known problems not fixed? Overall, there is nothing much to write home about.

The house was beautiful. The rooms are very spacious..
