Prime Luxury Villa beach front

Worked very well for multigenerational family group

Beds were very low and bedding very European so different than what we were used to

Host was amazing and very knowledgeable about places around area. Very friendly and place was great and comfortable.

Pros: -Very close to the beach (2 mins walking distance) -Unbelievably welcoming and warm owners that waited for us until we arrive in the late hours of the evening -Parking space for 1 car inside the villa walls -A lot of terraces where you can spend time and relax outside -Kitchen has all you needed (coffee maker, sandwich maker, electric kettle, microwave, regular oven, etc - fully equipped kitchen overall -All rooms have AC

Cons: -The villa DOES NOT really have 4 individual rooms - it has 1 large bedroom on first floor, 2 small bedrooms which are actually in the basement with windows that look out at the ground floor terrace (which makes sleeping for people in those rooms quite difficult if others are on the terrace) and one bed in the attic, access to which is through a very narrow cork-screw staircase and is open to anyone as it has no door -The house DOES NOT have 3 bathrooms as advertised - it has only 2 bathrooms and one toilet on the ground floor which makes washing for 7-8 people quite a problem -The 2 rooms in the basement are small, barely fitting a bed and 2 nightstands and they share 1 bathroom -The room in the attic has no bathroom or toilet so it relies on the room on the first floor for bathroom and on the ground floor for toilet -Cleanliness looked good at first sight, but when you looked closed it was apparent it was not done well: -dirt and mold deep underneath the bathroom furniture -old and warn out bathroom furniture - toilet rings that were either dirty or simply warn out and made it very unwelcoming to sit on; sink furniture in the main bathroom swollen from the moisture in the room -shower doors in the main bathroom were falling off the rails if you pulled on them carelessly

We loved everything about the house, starting with the warm welcome and cleanliness. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. The hostess welcomed us personally and gave us useful tips about markets, beaches, sightseeing, etc. Thank you, Kalliroi! Everything was great. We felt at home! See you soon!

Charming house in a nice, quiet area, very close to the beach. Perfect for a family vacation or friends gathering. The hosts were very kind, making sure we don't miss a thing. Highly recommend and we'd love to come back again. Thank you so much Kalliroi and Yanis!
