The Villa On Pine Tree

we liked the views and the rural atmosphere. The place was well kept, well equipped, clean and comfortable.

Shops were 10-15 minutes' drive away, but you expect that with such a quiet location with such stunning views.

We loved the quiet location, the great views from the house, walking distance to some interesting sights and the comfort of the accomodation.

Location is fantastic, the views over the Tamar are superb. The house was clean and tidy, and very easy to get into. The house is set on a large block, so it is quiet and peaceful.

There's not much to not like. If I have to, when sitting outside, you're in plain view of the owners' house, which can feel a bit less private at times.

Property was nice. Great communication beforehand about where to collect gate remote and gain access to the villa. Great views over the river and valley. Nice little property with A/C in the kitchen/lounge area. Very nice hosts.

Nothing major. Couple of extra toilet rolls would have been handy. lol. Fans in the bedrooms would have been good too.

Fantastic location with a beautiful view. It was very quiet and we really enjoyed seeing the wildlife about. The house was very comfortable for 4 adults with plenty of room to move about as well as sit comfortably. The kitchen facilities were also very good which allowed for making our own meals. The scones and home made jam were also very appreciated.
