Nothing really, small things like the coffee pot leaked , would have been helpful to have a tea towel and cloths for spillage and dishes.

The place was exactly as shown in the photos. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good communication throughout my stay to make sure I'm comfortable. They offer great breakfast options! Loved staying at Kumbara! I'm definitely coming back.

The door lock in my villa wasn't aligned. So I struggled every time I was locking the door. Maybe something they can look at.

"Superb"

Great location, easily walk-able to main street in Kuta but also out of any busyness and noise. Very comfortable little villa, a little oasis to retreat to. The front desk staff were lovely. The daily little snacks/treats in the afternoon was a thoughtful touch. Would stay here again!

My stay was fantastic! Great location and amenities. 5 GHz WiFi, Google TV with numerous streaming services, concierge service, and communication during your stay was entirely digital via WhatsApp. Thanks to a partnership with a local fitness center, guests can use the gym free of charge. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I'd love to come back!

"Quiet, private and luxurious. Amazing."

Beautiful private quiet villas, in a great location, close to all the good restaurants and bars. The private pool, outdoor kitchen and villa were lovely. Super friendly and helpful staff. The breakfasts were delicious, and the WhatsApp concierge was very convenient. Hired scooters with surfboard racks and booked airport transfers with the villas very easily. 100% recommend.

"Comfortable and relaxing"

No breakfast. Small treats in afternoons

Not sure why we were asked whether we wanted villa cleaned everyday. The answer would surely be yes. Room could do with small cupboard for luggage/clothes. Cover for lying bed when rains.
