Location. Set up of the place. Had everything we needed. Very clean. Really comfortable place. It was perfect for us as a family group.

"Overpriced"

View was okay

The hot tub as advertised was out of order. All the shelves was dropping so we left it on the side. And when we did they said we damaged it. We used the gift sets that was made for us to use, and they said that we “stole” it. Checkout was really early and they expect us to leave the rooms extremely clean. They had 10 pillows on the bed and we left some on the floor. And one towel on the ground.They are charging us a £100 cleaning fee due to that

Excellent property with amazing views - we will definitely be back, hopefully to enjoy the hot tub as well :)

It would be great to have outside lights as they have a lovely patio area The masterbed suits those that like a memory foam mattress...

"A happy family holiday in spacious surroundings and a good location"

The house was ideal for a family reunion - plenty of room for us to spread out - large kitchen and living rooms. Lovely bedrooms and comfortable beds. The garden was lovely, the only snag was the evening and overnight rain! The house was within easy reach of Abergavenny town centre, Crickhowell and the Sugar Loaf mountain. There were plenty of places to eat in both towns - snack lunches or evening meals.

The electric sockets in the large bedroom were difficult to reach in order to plug in phone chargers

"Lovely garden views and great for families with young kids"

Beautiful garden and views - we sat outside on the patio. Soft, comfy beds. Large living area. We were there with 2 couples and 2 young children and the walls were thick, which was good! Good kitchen/BBQ facilities. Nice soft carpet on stairs good for toddlers!

The blinds didn't block out the light, so we covered the twin room with a black out blind for our toddler, who otherwise ways at dawn. One wooden step was broken on the climbing frame. There wasn't any washing up liquid, which would be really useful for a weekend - but there was clothes washing and dish washing tablets :)
