Incredible breakfasts with local food and a lot of fruits. We had the rest of breakfast for lunch and even dinner sometimes The villa located 6 min to the sea - across the railway and road, but it's almost in the forest. Animals and birds came to the yard - including monkeys and peacocks - absolutely incredible experience. Monkeys were not aggressive - but very nice. Hosts have a kind of small feeder for squirrels and monkeys The turtle beach is walking distance. The best sunsets are there The beach cafes with best views - also walking distance Pool with jacuzzi is the best option for the midday rest with huge plate of fruits from the breakfast Very very clean rooms with everything you need

It's not a seashore. But only 6 min on foot For less rocky and crowdy beach - you need to take tuktuk - around 10min

Une légère odeur d’humidité régnait et le manque de lumière naturelle dans certaines pièces, je pense dû au fait qu’on n’aère pas bcp (cela fut le cas dans de nombreux logements) après on vit beaucoup dehors donc cela n’a pas été un problème !

The interior was very nice and comfy. Everything was clean and our Host was very polite and always willing to help. We have been served with a lot of different local food and if we wanted to change something, everything was done without any hesitation. If we come back to Sri Lanka , we would love to stay a few more days. We can 100% recommend the stay in this villa! 5 of 5 stars.

Мы приезжаем в Persy Residence уже четвертый раз, и каждый раз это просто волшебное возвращение в наш личный рай. С годами это место становится только лучше, сохраняя при этом свою аутентичную ланкийскую душу. Но больше всего нас покорил даже не великолепный океан, а та невероятная атмосфера уюта и гостеприимства, которую создает хозяин виллы. Вся семья Перси, Аравинда стали нам настоящими друзьями! Их забота и внимание к деталям чувствуются во всем: от безупречной чистоты до прекрасного декора (свежесрезанные цветы в каждой комнате). Отдельное спасибо за вкуснейшие разнообразные завтраки с обязательной огромной тарелкой фруктов, украшенные свежими цветами! А теперь, представьте себе, ко всем достоинствам добавился еще и собственный бассейн с джакузи! Это просто идеальное место, чтобы расслабиться после дня, проведенного на пляже, и насладиться прохладным коктейлем под звездным небом. Отдельно хочется отметить удивительную природу, окружающую виллу. Каждое утро мы просыпались под пение экзотических птиц, которых здесь великое множество. Наблюдать за их яркими перьями – настоящее удовольствие. А как же забавно наблюдать за обезьянками, которые то и дело пробегают по деревьям! Это добавляет особенный шарм и ощущение единения с природой. Эта вилла – больше, чем просто место для проживания. Это место, где можно по-настоящему отдохнуть душой, насладиться красотой Шри-Ланки и почувствовать себя как дома. Если вы ищете райский уголок в Унаватуне, то это однозначно ваш выбор! Мы обязательно вернемся сюда снова! Спасибо за незабываемые впечатления!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Percy Residence with our family. The location was perfect—tucked away in a quiet spot but still just a short walk to the beach and local restaurants. Each morning, we were treated to an incredibly tasty and generous breakfast, with a variety of local selections that gave us a real taste of the area. The hosts are a beautiful family—warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. They helped us organise transport and went out of their way to pump up our kids’ soccer ball and include is for a baby turtle experience! The garden was a highlight for our children, offering space to play and watch the animals, while we appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable, and having access to washing facilities and kitchen was a huge bonus during our trip. Percy Residence is the perfect space for a family stay. We highly recommend it and would absolutely stay again if we’re back in the area.

We absolutely loved everything about our 3 day stay here. House was tranquil with fans and AC. Very clean and very relaxing. The garden is like paradise in itself. We spent Christmas Day in the garden being entertained by the monkeys, squirrels, so many different birds. It was magical. Beach a 7 min walk away. Breakfast was a banquet, different on both days. Percy, Aravinda and family are superb hosts. Nothing was to much trouble. 100% recommend Percy residence - we would definitely come back.

Percy Residence truly amazed us. The photos don’t capture the charm of this place. The apartment features a beautiful, spacious living room, two comfortable bedrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the beds are so cozy it was hard to leave them in the morning. The garden area is perfect for relaxation, surrounded by lush greenery. Numerous birds and squirrels visit the space, and several times, monkeys perched on the palm trees right above our heads. In the evenings, fireflies create a magical atmosphere. The residence offers complete privacy, yet the incredibly caring hosts are just next door. Their kindness, helpfulness, and attention to the smallest details—even in the interior design—are extraordinary. We also enjoyed not only the most delicious but also the most beautifully prepared breakfasts here. At night, it’s very quiet, and the location is just a few steps from a wonderful beach where we swam with turtles daily. The area has plenty of small shops and dining spots, and the kitchen in the apartment offered fantastic opportunities for self-cooking, which we took full advantage of. We regretted that our stay lasted only a few days.

Many thanks for your hospitality and especially we want to express our gratitude to Aravinda. He organized wonderful gift for my friend's birthday and his service overcomed our expectations. Also I must say everything was clean and comfortable, we enjoyed our trip a lot. Unawatuna one of the best spots in the world.
