Location was OK Pool was good to have after cycling.

New Bed linens would make a big difference. Kitchen space is very small & dark with poor facilities. ... so we didn't use them & we just went out every night. I accept it is an older house, but there was a bad musty smell in the bedrooms.

We loved the good sized pool, large villa, rustic feel, air conditioning and ceiling fans, 15min walk to beautiful town, easy communication with host, wall lizards, parking

Non-English TV channels (though having no TV for week was good for family time), lack of shade around pool (parasols but lack of bases) - but lots of other areas on opposite side of house and cool inside. Shower could be more powerful (though understandable in historic building). Having to find tax (euros in cash) for staying in Spain without advance notice. I'm sure other travellers know (and it may well be in terms & conditions) but it would be helpful to know ahead of a visit on morning after arrival that we would be required to hand over 60+ euros. A WhatsApp informing of this would work.
