The location of the villa is extraordinary: white soft sand on an almost private beach, your own coconut trees, shop 20 meters away, bus stop 10 meters. It is the perfect place to spend your vacation in Seychelles. The outdoor space is amazing: a huge terrace furnished for all the necessities and moments of the day, a gazebo with jacuzzi to admire sunsets that other people waste hours to see from different places. All outdoor spaces have ceiling fans, so the atmosphere is cool regardless of the outside temperatures. The interior is furnished and equipped with everything necessary: ​​fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in each bedroom The collaboration with the villa owners was great. We received answers to all the questions we had during the months leading up to our stay, necessary advice for the Seychelles, as well as recommendations for excursions, transfers to Praslin, etc. And, this location also has an angel: Cathrina, the soul of the house. She is an extraordinary person, who took care of everything we needed: we were pampered every moment of our stay. Thousands of thanks Cathrina!!!

We loved the entire property, big rooms and a beautiful terrace for everyone you enjoy, the outdoor jacuzzi was amazing and the private sandy beach just for us was unbelievable, a dream! The host was very kind to help us before with all the questions we had! The extra plus was Cathrina who was cooking for us creole food every evening we loved it so much all of us, we didn’t want to leave! Highly recommended and will return!

Beach and outside zones

The villa is amazing with the huge area and free time services available- kayak, minigolf, bicycles. The jacuzzi during the sunset is incredible and one cannot take an eye off from the beautiful beach and the palms in front. Communication with the host Tiziana during the booking was quick and efficient. The house keepers are nice and supportive, the garden and the house are well maintained, although a bit outdated. We did have some privacy issues, however, we do not point it as a negative thing, but rather as a recommendation to improve. - The main car gate was not fixed during our stay, and the door was permanently opened. That caused the fact that some foreign people just entered the house without any doubts - for example we got a tourist couple entered the private property “looking for a perfect sunset point” 🤪 we highly recommend to fix the gate and to let it permanently closed if not in use - The beach in front of the villa was pretty alive during our stay. The tourists from nearby apartments as well as the locals came to the beautiful, hidden beach corner in front of the villa, and sometimes they were sitting directly on the stairs leading to the villa, or even came up and observed what we are doing as there is no physical barrier to enter the villa from the beach side. We highly recommend to put some visual barrier to let the guests of the villa not being observed by the people which do not understand the sign “ private property”. - We clearly stated that we are leaving at 10 AM during our checkout day. However, the whole house staff came at 8 AM and tried to clean the house and outside as we were in underwear. We asked them to stop and they did, however, spent two hours at the villa chatting with gardener outside. We highly recommend to retrain the staff to be more respectful to the villa guests and their privacy.

We were not offered a credit card payment option as we had to pay a deposit for the villa and we must pay extensive bank transfer fees. Ask for the credit card payment option from the beginning.

Location very good. Employees at your service trying to help both Catherina and Salima. The front view on the beach and the Kayak were a bonus for the kids. despite the weather, we enjoyed staying on the Jaccuzzi and enjoying time with kids. continuous support from the team close to the grocery shop close to the domestic airport cozy and safe

Smell of the house at entrance. absence of maintenance of the house, it could be a gems if small maintenance/enhancement are done. a lot of Lizards inside the house causing disturbance for the kids

Great contact with the owners - quick and always helpful. The Villa's location is perfect - a piece of paradise just for yourself. Katherina and Marielle will make you feel so welcome and they can cook the most delicious dinner too. Absolutely amazing place that I will recommend and come back for sure.
