Archetypo 1855 - Villas and Suites

We loved this place. The room is amazing with its own patio and jacuzzi. Perfect location and quiet. George and his family are lovely, especially his mum who were very kindness with us.

Absolutely amazing property to enjoy a lovely holiday in Greece. Amazing hosts who picked us up from the port and served incredible breakfasts every morning to really make our vacation. Could not recommend more!

Location is a little far from the town centre to easily walk, but still achieveable.

We loved everything about our stay at the Archetypo's Family ! - Everyone took care of us so well (they came to pick us up from the port, and also dropped us when we left!). Also, the check-in was really great, George took the time to advise us on where to go, which places to see, how to walk from one point to another... - Breakfast was absolutely delicious and designed in a very handmade and authentic manner (fresh bakeries and fruits, organic and local products like honey, yoghurt...). - Good location (the walking distance from the city center is around 15 minutes) - And of course, there's the accommodation itself... A true heaven! Our room was brand new and very well decorated, we could feel extreme attention to detail. Not to mention the bed, which was particularly comfortable (as comfortable as any bed in any Sofitel!) In short: if you come to Naxos, you have to go there!

I'm a really picky customer usually... and yet can't find anything negative to say about Archetypo's!

Outstanding breakfast. We were met at the ferry and given a full introduction to the island. We were also given a lift back there (and were able to store our suitcases at their associated restaurant for a few hours). The apartment was comfortable with modern fittings. There is a large supermarket a few minutes walk away.

Not much. Be aware that it is about a 20 minutes walk from the centre of town.

George and family were very friendly and collected us from the ferry. Breakfast was delicious, delivered to us every morning and different every day! Incredibly comfortable bed, such a great sleep. Really nice decor. Great shower. Good parking if you rent a car. 15 minute walk into town where there are loads of restaurants. Close also to supermarket.

You do have to walk along a busy road without a footpath for a short spell. The bedroom is very well soundproofed though! We didn't have access to a pool, which was well advertised in advance but there is a fantastic beach (which George recommended) only a 5-10 drive away.

The trip was for my wife's 40th birthday so was keen to find high end accomodation in Naxos with something special like a jacuzzi or private pool to impress. It did not disappoint.....amazing jacuzzi and the photos on booking.com do not do this place justice, it is even better in real life. The villa is brand new and finished to an immaculate level, beautiful garden and outside space, very high end indoors and spacious with the superb jacuzzi. We really loved it and was easily one of the best places we have ever stayed. On top of that the archetypo family are the best hosts you can imagine, and cannot do enough for you....Many Thanks George, you really helped make this trip special! All the best.
