We were there for 4 day and a group of 6 and the place was everything that we wanted- spacious house, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, jacuzzi, sauna and a nice view. The house was well furnished and everything worked pretty good. The host welcomed us and he was available at all times when we had a question or a problem. He recommended us some places to eat nearby but we also used the takeaway. The jacuzzi works all the time and the sauna was available form 4-8 pm. The sauna costs extra but the it was worth the money. Keep in mind that the house is a bit in the forest and it can become quite cold in the evenings or in the mornings but once you prepare some worm clothes everything is fine. What we also really appreciated is that the host allowed us to stay a bit longer than what usually the is permitted as "check out time", - since we were travelling by bus and our bus was for 3pm he allowed us to stay till then. We appreciated it a lot since the weather was not good and otherwise we had nowhere to stay. We totally recommend this place for people who want to get out of the city for a trip. We will revisit.

I cannot say something really big in terms of disadvantages. Maybe the only burden that I personally experienced was that the electrical outlet was indeed next to the bed but they were behind the bedside tables and the sockets were plugged out. That was the situation in our room I cannot say whether that was relevant for all the rooms.

The location was really great and close to the forest and trails for walking, but also only a 10-15 minute walk to town or 5 min. drive. The house was large and 4 bedrooms with a nice balcony for dinners and gatherings. We cooked meals on the grill and in the kitchen and also enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna. We would definitely stay again.The kitchen is a bit older, but is nicely stocked with all you need to cook. The sauna was turned on from 4-7 pm to enjoy, but the steam room was never working. The jacuzzi was available 24/7 and was so nice.

The staff had to come and go every day and even came one of the days to physically water the lawn for 2 1/2 hours. I think they'd recently had some people rent the facility that hadn't taken good care of it, so they were concerned and wanted to have a constant "presence" to make sure we were behaving ourselves, so it was understandable. They were also asking over and over what we had paid for and what was included, which was confusing. I guess maybe they rent also sometimes just by the room, but we had rented the whole house, so it was weird that they kept asking if the sauna was included in what we paid. None of these things really affected our stay as we were responsible and taking care of the property. We left with such joy for the time and facilities and are grateful that they offer this property for others to enjoy.

I might have missed it, the extra cost to use the sauna and hammam, came as a surprise. It is not so high not so high but the price of the house itself could include all facilities or it should be clearly documented beforehand.

The heating was put on 5 (max) when we arrived and it was very warm from the start. The living room and the bedrooms were spacious with enough space for our luggage, there were enough facilities in the kitchen (although hard to find initially). The house is right next to the forest, so it is perfect for short walks in the nature. The person who welcomed us was very helpful setting up the fireplace and heating the jacuzzi to the right temperature.

The info says there are bathrobes, but we found only towels. The jacuzzi wasn't heated from the beginning and it takes long to heat the water. We didn't know what the additional charges are for the sauna, and it has limited working hours, which is not clearly stated in the info - they gave us the info when we arrived. The lights in the living room are nice for a romantic evening, but we struggled a little trying to play board games there. The rooms had clean sheets and towels, but it was not perfectly clean generally.
