Villa Panorama

The location was about perfect Beautiful swimming pool in the open terrace in front of the bedrooms and gorgeous views of the ocean from atop the hill and of course mesmerizing mount agung right in front of your eyes. Far away from the hustling busy main street. We all family members enjoyed the pool which is kind of infinity pool. Lounger chairs are provided in plenty. The pool is well lit and clean. The bed were comfortable. The air conditioning was good. The maintenance staff were great and available on call as and how needed.

The road to the villa from the main street was badly broken and risky to drive to on two wheels and taxis don't come easy at this location because of that. There was no light on the road so driving on this rough hill side updown roads were very risky. They should mention about the condition of the road from main street to the villa. The condition of the whole villa was kind of rusty. No doors were locking properly and not even closing properly and making big terrible noises while operation. The toilets were very old fashioned and no proper toiletries were provided or hand towelsand face towels were not provided at all. The water was getting collected under the wash basin and under the comode instead of going to the drain while taking shower as the slopes were totally adverse and the shower area had no cabin allowing the water to spill everywhete in the toilet except to the sink making the toilet unusable and a puddle of dirty soapy water causing the risk of slipping. No mop was available to push the water to the drain so waiting it to get absorbed in the floor or evaporated was the only option. Also some strange stink was always there in the toilets. All the machines in the villa like fridge, oven, etc are all rusted and very old. The soap dishes are all rusted. They don't even provided a handwash at the basin The kitchen was lacking enough glasses for water or drink for a family of six even The powder toilet was stinking strange and was fitted with a huge storage heater for the next room causing it to look and feel ugly The flooring on the pool deckside was loose and coming off Over n all the villa was very poorly and badly engineered They fixed the timer to the pool so by the time come back to the villa in the evening and wish to use the pool after a long day on the field, the pool system shut down.

Not enough privacy, as staff keep coming in and out more often.

everything was just perfect and amazing property. Only location is bit far away but please prepare taxi arrangement or motor bike in advance so your trip is not affected.
