LightHouse View Villa

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house itself is very nice and well maintained, with plenty of space to relax both indoors and outdoors. The pool was a highlight, perfect for cooling off on warm days, and the garden with lemon trees created a beautiful and refreshing atmosphere. There are several sitting areas around the property, which made it easy to enjoy quiet moments. Parking was convenient with a dedicated space right at the property, and its location off the main road and in a safe, calm neighborhood was amazing. It was the perfect balance of privacy and accessibility. Overall, a lovely place to stay – highly recommended!

Apartament położony w bardzo spokojnym miejscu niedaleko przyjemnej plaży, bardzo dobrze wyposażony, w zasadzie było wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, przed przyjazdem otrzymaliśmy szczegółowe instrukcje dotyczące obsługi urządzeń w obiekcie co było bardzo pomocne. Mogliśmy również przed zameldowaniem zostawić bagaże w obiekcie.

Jedyny mankament to gryzące mrówki, które były uciążliwe szczególnie dla osób zajmujących sypialnię na parterze.

Basen rewelacyjny w dzień i w nocy. Blisko morza, promenady, sklepów i restauracji. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Pralka i suszarka do dyspozycji gości. Klimatyzacja w każdym pomieszczeniu.

Wnętrza nie są nowe. Są funkcjonalne, wygodne, ale np. brak zmywarki. Standard łazienek też warto by podnieść. Obiekt raczej dla 4 osób.

The location was brilliant. Great restaurants. Pubs.shops and beach all within 10 mins walking distance. Nice deep pool. Loads of terrace space on 3 levels.,with spectacular views especially from the roof level

The position of the villa is convenient for the centre of Pafos and the beach.

Filthy, neglected, dilapidated villa. Garden filled with debris and rubbish and two cameras pointing directly to the pool and outside dining area (resolved). Complaints had been raised by previous guests, since 2022, and not addressed - please read all - nothing has changed but it has got worse. The shower in the upstairs bathroom detached from the wall. A pillow case revealed nasty stains through the pillow slip, including blood stains. Five days to reattach the shower and a whole week to provide a new pillow. The shower tray itself is filthy and cracked. The bottom of the bathroom door is rotten. Another stained pillow in the wardrobe which handyman relocated to the shed which was already filled with rubbish - for another guest? The villa inside was very dirty - everywhere. We had to clean the fridge of dirt and mouldy foam bits holding up the shelves. Two of the door shelves are held up with tape. If the top one slipped you couldn't close the door to seal. The small ice box was iced up and the back of the fridge was iced up. A previous guest had posted a dirty, broken shoe rack with somebody's shoes in it - it is still there! Everything you touch is dusty/broken. The three light fittings above the kitchen have very dusty wires hanging so food prep there is a risk. The cutlery door stinks of mould. All crockery, cutlery, utensils and pans must be washed before use. Cupboard doors in the kitchen are rotten and falling apart. The garden is littered with old sinks, broken furniture, old mop heads and brushes, broken tools, rusting chairs, a broken BBQ which is unusable. The pool bottom is not clean and there is algae on the sides. Dirty outside cushions have fleas from cats. 10 days no pool clean or fresh bedlinen. Used some left in dryer. This villa is for sale (rightmove.com) and IMO nothing will get better at this point. I can't post a full review with videos and photos due to booking.com limits. Will try to post elsewhere.

Very nice villa, great location for town and beach Very enjoyable stay with friends.

Could do with a general tidy up outside and neighbours trees trimmed back.
