Very Spacious Villa. Fully equipped.

very spacious Villa, equipped with everything you need for your stay. great kitchen with all the appliances. the pool is clean, and chilling. location is great, couple of minutes walk to the beach and promenade. rooms are spacious. fits 6 adults very comfortably.

The villa is modern with nice rooms.

No gate between us and busy main road meaning anyone can walk round and steal your stuff. We had a random woman try to do just that- not happy. Kitchen whilst modern does not have enough kitchen utensils to cook with. Not even scissors or a paring knife! Water in showers was never warm. We had cold showers for our entire stay. Location- whilst a short walk from the port is in a tired, run down area on a main road which is busy. At night there is so much noise from traffic, barking dogs, turkeys, a cockerel. We are shattered. Pool was small. Sheets not big enough for beds, so during night they moved and we all found ourselves sleeping on bobbly mattresses which did y even have mattress protectors on them.

Very modern, decor lovely and it was immaculately clean. Location of the villa is very central. Two bottles of wine and water on arrival which was a lovely touch, hairdryer, iron, towels, wifi all provided. Hosts response was brilliant. Someone also came to clean the pool regularly.

No gate between the front of property and pool area - made it very open as on a busy road where people walk past so no real privacy. Would have also been good to have more than one key as we were in a group. In the third twin room no mirror. No instructions on how to use the sliding doors which I think would come in useful for guests.

Great modern villa , perfect location

Location was central. Easy walk to everywhere. Villa was well equipped.

The villa was broken into during our stay and cash was taken. Staff were not responsive enough and we were advised just to report to police. Door was damaged so villa was unsecure after the break in. Also there were no sun loungers by the pool. Apparently they are only provided during summer months.

The property when absolutely brand new will resemble the photos however the actual state of the villa is not quite as polished as the photos, it still has amazing design and there’s alot of money gone into the marble flooring.

There is no ‘flow in the pool’ there’s a very tiny pump, the skimmer doesn’t do its job, there are giant holes in the walls in the two bathrooms upstairs, it’s on a bizarre water heating system meaning you have to click boost and wait approx 30 mins for a shower, the showers heating is BLUE = HOT and RED = COLD (taps are installed wrong way around) - toilet fittings are also hanging off. we had to message about 5 times for our concerns to be listened to for the air conditioning, and the maintenance man came out on the 4th night of 7 day stay but the first 4 days were spent in a red hot house with a 6 month old baby because the remote was faulty!!!

The villa was very clean. Well located near to paphos center. The pool was very clean and very quiet. Very nice garden.

The beds are very inconfortables, there is not enough water pressure in the bathrooms. Poor wifi on the first floor.

Pool was not clean and there were numerous noises that kept us awake around the property (barking dogs and loud music)
