Bed linen and towels are not included in the rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge or bring their own. The charges for bed linen and towels are as follows: Bed linen: EUR 15 per person, per stay. Towels: EUR 15 per person, per stay. When booking 28 days or more, different policies may apply. Please note that for long-term reservations (28 days or more) there are special prices, so additional charges apply, such as Wi-Fi, water, gas, and electricity, based on consumption. Please note that charges apply for reservations of less than 28 days: 85 kWh are included, and any excess is charged at €0.40/kWh.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
