VILLA ALZINA para sus vacaciones de verano en Cala Millor, Mallorca

Lovely spacious villa in a great location not far from the centre

There was no aircon in the villa (even though I was told there was when I asked, I would not have booked otherwise ) this made it impossible to get a decent sleep it was just too hot at night

Spacious house with a gorgeous view from the roof. Excellent location for those who have a car. In the kitchen, all appropriate equipment incl. grill

Neighbors have a whooping crane (named Balearica regulorum, but not native in Balears, native from Sahara, national bird of Uganda, lays a clutch of 2-5 eggs about 5 times per year - trust me, I had a lot of time to google at night when I didn't sleep because that creature screams all night long) . Without this bird the location would be excellent. The property has a lot of older equipment than was in the photos. Quality of the beds was disastrous, that's the only reason I wouldn't go back, the rest was good.

Loads of space. Great pool and outdoor seating and undercover terrace was fabulous for us all. Bedrooms had masses of cupboard space. Beds comfortable and all the fans very useful although it was very hot at night despite the fans Very secure for families and not too far to walk to the beach and town facilities Loved the bbq too

Could have done with more basic things like toilet paper bin bags and drying up cloths and couldn't find hairdryer despite finding the box it came in Information about how to dispose of rubbish and recycling would have been useful Despite these minor problems though we absolutely loved it and would re book as it was so lovely

Spacious living arrangements, nice pool, plenty of bathrooms

Unfortunately we all suffered from various mosquito bites throughout the week.

Overall we're really happy with our stay. fantastic location and property is huge and pool was superb!

The property did feel a little neglected in places and, with a few minor improvements we’d have no probs giving it a 10/10. Minor issues worth feeding back: The drainage in the downstairs shower was poor and often resulted in flooding. Water temp was hit or miss; the fridge and freezer were a great size but tempermental and kept defrosting - could do with updating; the property advertised a pizza oven but no utensils at the propsrty to use it. There’s obviously an issue with ants as we were constantly having to keep the kitchen completely clear and clean and most mornings we’d wake up to an army of them. This property has no Air con - which we didn't spot until arrival. This was a bit of a problem for us and, something we'd not clocked prior to arrival.

Great location for the local town and beach but quiet location. The Villa itself is huge, good quality fixtures and fittings with a lovely pool. The team helped us when we had a very small issue with the boiler and were incredibly helpful and friendly.
