Mammoth Art Studio Pool villa in old city

Great location with enough space for two families to enjoy. Good bathrooms, water pressure and hot water. Kitchen fine but we ate out most of the time. Swimming pool was popular.

Suitable for big group of ppl. Overall is good. Especially the location, very convinient to go anyway and grab any foods. It surrounded by restaurants, massage and temples. location is great which located along the street of suynday market and near Wat Chedi Luang which takes 5 mins walk. There are many restaurants nearby and 7-11. Places is quite clean and tidy. Rooms are big.

This place looks great from photo but not in real. Please consider the comments below before booking this place. First, the house is for 10 people but there was no living room inside the house. It only has places for gathering outside the house but imagine Chiang Mai whether is humid and hot - who would want to stay outside for gathering after a day of hang out? Also, the outdoor places are quite dirty. The design is totally rediculous. Although there is a open kitchen space with table and chairs but it only has 4 chairs with no air conditioner there - how can it accommodate for 10 people?? A very bad design indeed. Secondly, the house has no TELEVISION!!! How would you imagine that a villa/house / hotel has no TV? The owner said they want us to have more communications and so they do not provide TV and the owner mentioned that they did not say they provide TV in booking.com. I don't think an accommodation would not state they provide a toilet on the website as I think it is a must, so how come not stating to provide a TV is an excuse for no TV? Its insane. Thirdly, the entrance is so small and a bit dangerous because there are many cars passing by right in front of the entrance. The floor in the garden is so slippery with many mosses on it. The elderly who stayed there need to be very cautious when walking. The pool is small, which can only allow 3-4 persons to swim at the same time.

The location is wonderful! There're bars, massages, tuk tuk, red taxi, night markets, restaurants, etc. right at the corner. It's just so convenient and feels safe to walk around even late at night.

Lights in the rooms can be a little brighter. Other than that everything was great, my friends and I had a lot of fun here. The pool was great too! Everything was clean and cozy, and the host was super friendly and helpful.

The villa is beautiful and big and all the rooms have a separate bathroom. The living area outside is perfect to hang out after a long day of site seeing.
