La Villa Blanche

The house is quite nice and big. The facilities are as they seem in the photos and the area is cool.

After you book, you will be asked to pay a caution of 1000 euros, from where they will take the touristic tax + expenses (water, gas, electricity) as they are not included in the original price. If you want the details of the expenditure you need to ask expressly, as there is not an established procedure for it. Also, you need to trust that they will send you the money back, as the procedure doesn't seems safe. 7 days before your stay they will inform you that they don't provide bedsheets or any basic utilities (not even toilet paper) and that you have to bring it from home. And they will charge for everything, they will even apply a "fixed fee for leaving dishes to be put away: €25". I mean, you can enjoy the stay anyway but it's quite an annoying customer service treatment. I'd have prefered to pay a bit more since the beginning and not have these surprises.

Pas d'isolation acoustique entre les pièces de vie et les chambres, compliqué de dormir quand d'autres font du bruit en bas.

De communicatie was uitstekend en hoewel we eerst problemen hadden met het warme water, werd dat direct opgelost toen we er melding van maakten (iets dat ze op afstand konden regelen). Daarnaast een heel tof huis, we zijn er al tweemaal met dezelfde vriendengroep geweest. Grote tuin met BBQ, veel ruimte binnen, deftige keuken en badkamers, sauna en goede bedden. Uitstekende ligging om te wandelen in de Ardennen of naar Achouffe te gaan.

Je hoort boven in de kamers nog veel van wat er zich beneden afspeelt. Voor de rest geen opmerkingen.

De host was gemakkelijk te contacteren. Het keukengerei was ruim voldoende voorzien voor 13 personen, wat het heel aangenaam maakte om samen te koken. De indeling is praktisch en de tuin is erg leuk met volledige privacy!

Ligging in rustig dorp, fijne ruime slaapkamers, grote woonkamer en grote open keuken. Aparte speelkamer. Fijn overdekt buitenterras. Genoeg parkeerruimte op eigen terrein
