V chatce je vše potřebné, příjemná sauna na dřevo.Objednali jsme si i kouřovou saunu v chatě Loukinen blízko domu majitele a poté se zchladili v řece,skvělý zážitek.Dcera měla zrovna narozeniny a Harri jí ručně vyrobil malou pozornost a koupil i zmrzlinu,kterou jsme si vychutnali při saunování, kde bylo k dispozici kromě nealka v lednici i pivo 😀 Zkusili jsme si chůzi na zapůjčených sněžnicích a viděli nádhernou polární záři. Pes Piké je moc milý a neustále nás hlídal a chodil všude s námi.

Nevěděli jsme,že v chatě je voda z řeky a majitel nemůže zaručit nezávadnost,tak jsme ji radši převařili nebo si dělali čaj.Nechal sice nějakou balenou vodu v lednici,ale to by nám nestačilo.

I really liked how welcoming the host was, he also let us enjoy the company of one of his dogs, Pilke, since we asked that he can be allowed to come over. We sighted the aurora for the 3 nights we stayed. Host also gave some good recommendations and was always ready to help and quick to respond to us. The cottage was cozy and warm even in the peak of winter. Also, had all we needed for the stay, including warm socks.

The property is quite far, we almost lost our way but this seems to be how most Finnish cottages are located and the host was willing to direct us.

Wir hatten eine wirklich wunderschöne Zeit bei Harri. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und auch bei -25°C warm und gemütlich. Die Küche hatte viele Grundzutaten zum Kochen und war mit allen möglichen Utensilien ausgestattet. Die einsame Lage fanden wir perfekt. Rund ums Haus gibt es viele Wege um die Winterlandschaft zu erkunden und wir haben keine Menschenseele getroffen. Die Schlitten für den kleinen Hügel haben wir ausgiebig genutzt 😁 Der Schneemobil-Ausflug auf dem Schlitten war ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis und das Essen, war Harri auf der Hütte kredenzt hat, war großartig. Besser als alles, war wie bei größeren Anbietern in Levi hätten buchen können. Daran, dass man zur Toilette nach draußen muss, haben wir uns schnell gewöhnt. Der Blick auf den verschneiten Wald hat sofort entschädigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es war einfach perfekt.

Leider haben wir nur 4 Tage gebucht, das war viel zu kurz. Beim nächsten Mal bleiben wir länger!

Luppokumpu is wonderfully secluded, and that’s one of its best features. The cabin is very well equipped and has everything you might need for cooking—from essentials like coffee, salt, pepper, and oil to pasta and sauces left behind by previous guests. If you visit during winter, don’t miss the opportunity to experience the smoke sauna—it’s unforgettable.

It was impeccable, everything was perfect.

Die tolle Alleinlage mitten in der Natur gelegen. Sehr gemütliche Hütte mit allem was man braucht. Die Sauna haben wir sehr genossen und auch die Betreuung vor Ort von Harri.

We loved everything about this! If you are looking for a stay in beautiful, untouched nature, you won’t find a more breathtaking place. Harri was an amazing host.
