Great house design, great view, friendly people, good dog. Very thoughtful owner.

PERFECT in every way. The location was idyllic. The villa was spotless and had all amenities needed. Panagiotis the owner was most welcoming. His Mother had prepared cooked food for our arrival which was delicious, plus there was bread, milk tea & coffee etc. to get us started until we were able to go shopping. Kissamos was only a 5 minute drive away so very convenient.

Everything was amazing. The view, the pool, the olive tree, everything! Fully equipped for all the needs which we had, calm, clean and quiet place with very polite and kind owners. You should have a car for sure and you are very closed to the top beaches in Crete. Thank you!

Fantastic host, cooked meal and cake when arrived with a fully stocked fridge, then delivered pastry and cleaner came half way through, beautiful villa

We loved everything!!! The house was gorgeous- even better than the photos. The view when you walk in is breathtaking. The beds are extremely comfortable, linen, towels everything of great quality. There’s even a washing machine. The sleep sofa was extremely comfortable. Our kids loved the pool & sun loungers. Plenty of space for a family of 5. We felt extremely welcome .. the full fridge when we arrived & the delicious warm food in the oven upon our arrival was sth that I never experienced before. This place deserves more than 10 stars for sure. It’s also perfectly located just minutes away from Kissamos with amazing restaurants & a drive away from Balos beach, falassarna & elafonisi. Gorgeous Mountain View villages are a short drive away too. The house gives you complete privacy and a nice pleasant breeze when it’s already really hot in the city. We want to come back !

The WiFi wasn’t great for us - however …we also didn’t ask to have someone come check on it. We were too busy enjoying the pool

Lovely secluded modern villa with courtyard pool and views Quiet location. the owners and family were extremely welcoming and quick to respond to any little query. The villa was very well cared for. it was a pleasure staying there.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The warm welcome and the hospitality of the owners were just outstanding. The fridge was full and an Authentic meal in the oven when we arrived. The house is just beautiful, very clean , well designed and high standard. Great beds , well equipped kitchen , baby bed + chair ! It cannot get any better.
