Beach villa Gladiolus

Villa bola úžasná, dobre vybavená, Tina bola vždy nápomocná. Ďakujeme za príjemný pobyt

Klidné místo, krásný dům s vlastním bazénem a naprosté soukromí. Dům je dobře vybavený, nic nám nechybělo. Klidná pláž jen pár minut chůze od domu. Na pláži jen pár lidí, jemné oblázky, vhodná a příjemná pro děti.

Вилла просторная,есть все необходимое для приготовления пищи, барбекью, посудомойка,стиралка... Для проживания все продумано. К нам в компанию присоединился человек и за него не взяли дополнительную плату за что большое спасибо.

Экстра кровать- раскладушка,которую выделили дополнительному человеку, в ужасном состоянии,не стояла на ножках. Пришлось в прямом смысле слова спать на полу. Были в шоке,что при отъезде должны были ещё заплатить за электричество,которое не входит в стоимость съёма. И это за 8 суток 60€ . ( Жили 9 человек). Сказали заплатить по 0.40€ центов за kW. Но когда мы спросили почему по такой цене,если в интернете указан тариф по 0.35€ ,тогда нам пересчитали при том,что у хозяйки стоят солнечные батареи..... И в такую жару у нее должен быть переизбыток энергии...этого прикола мы не поняли

Walking distance to a nice beach. Private garden patio and pool.

A lovely positioned property, nicely planted up for privacy from others around it, and with sea views and well thought out extras - like the sail that shaded the verandah when it was sunny. It was even comfortable to sit on the covered verandah sofas and watch a massive storm roll in from the sea. We liked the heated pool - necessary in November - and the pool cover, which made a big difference to keeping the heat in. The beds were comfy and had extra pillows and a cosy blanket for cooler nights. In the kitchen there was everything that we needed including large mugs: so important for a morning cup of tea! Tina was very welcoming and super helpful regarding restaurants, areas to visit and the house & pool , which was much appreciated.

The only thing we were disappointed about was that electricity is charged extra - no problem about that, happy to pay for the pool to be warmer in November and we didn’t need air con - but that the units used are charged at a much higher rate than the energy company’s charge that we researched, so we felt overcharged by about €35 right at the end.

Outside space was very good

Location was much further to the beach than it looks on the map. Bathrooms need updating as old. Arriving at night couldn’t contact anyone via phone to assist with access & spent 45 mins trying to find the place as directions sent us to the wrong street.

Villa with the pool was perfect for our kids. We really liked the area. Very peaceful, yeah, no special moment and quiet.

The beds could be more comfortable but this is not a bit deal.
