Wow! What a magnificent experience! Well designed, extremely functional, super-luxury, clean villa to spend enjoyable time with family and friends. Everything in the 5-bedroom villa is well thought. Each of all 5 rooms is a 7-Star Hotel standard with a large luxury layout. You can consider this villa as 5 times any luxury hotel Presidential Suite room plus huge living with open kitchen & bar, dining and function rooms (Karaoke, Pool table, a lot of games), as well as very cool pool with jakuzi and slide! We stayed in many nice resorts in Pattaya, however this was the best experience with my extended family with children in past 15 years. It was well worth of money. The service company was very nice and friendly. We are looking forward to the next time we can stay in this villa, hopefully much much longer.

There is absolutely NOTHING that we did not like about this villa. If I push to hard to find a single thing to give feedback (really hard to find), it would be the small noise on Room2 upstairs. I think it is the pump starter of the pool kicks in and out time to time. Only noticeable at very quite time at night.

This place is great for families with full party equipment. They have a karaoke machine, BBQ stoves, and all kitchen utensils. The swimming pool has a slide and a swim ring.
