ININThe bunglow structure/design and location. The bunglow society is nearly unoccupied. We were the only persons staying in the area. Lots of Kaleej Pheasants in the premises early morning. Good spot for birding.
1) The approach road was damaged hence vehicle needed to be parked nearly 200 mtr from bunglow. The steep downhill to the bunglow and uphill to the roadhead with luggage can be daunting, especially if not informed earlier. (2) Property premise littered with plastic satchets and bags. Garbage lying uncleared. The bunglow not cleaned from inside with cobwebs around. Furniture musty and chairs with a layer of dust. Kitchen not cleaned and sink dirty. Used towels lying near the door. (3) The bed sheets were covered with dust & curtains were not clean. (4) No fresh towels and soap kept ready. Had to ask for soap & towels. (5) Home delivery of food available but explaining location to the service provider is a nightmare. (6) Caretaker not of much help to resolve these issues.
INRooms are spacious
There was power and water issue... and lots of irritating sounds of ups and other devices. Power cut seems to be very co..on in this region and They don't have adequate arrangement.. inverter Battery ran out in an hour and There was not water in the morning.. we have to constantly call care taker for all pitty issues . Property is on 2nd floor which was difficult for my mom... There was foul smell from carpet .
CAINThe caretaker of the property was really nice and cooperative. The property is so very beautiful and nature friendly. A wide variety of flowers. The villa was well maintained with all amenities. Service was available on a call. Wonderful experience. Will come back here again.

INThe concrete pathway was in bad shape and the slop the very steep... Only experienced driver can do the up down

INININBeautiful property at a great location with great Himalayan views! Rooms are spacious, comfortable and cosy. Wonderful hosts and staff. Excellent local food.
