Very comfy and neat !

Fridge had low power.

They went above and beyond expectations. Everything we needed for our stay was provided and communication was professional and efficient. I will highly recommend your place to anyone especially those with a family.

We loved the location and views. The house smelled really fresh and was clean. Swimming pool and aircon is a big bonus. Two on suites really nice. Washing machine with enough washing powder. Dishwasher with enough tablets. More than enough tea, coffee and sugar for the caffeine lovers. The house much more roomier than we thought. One or two extra requests was catered for.

Poor quality cooking utensils and not sufficient for stays exceeding 3 days. Some utensils need to be replaced. Chipped cereal bowls. Molded bamboo platter boards. Worn out plastic chopping bords. House not really child friendly, no plastic cups or bowls etc. Blocked shower drains Bathroom floors (tiles) became really unsafe for kids No bathroom mats, shower mats. More comfortable single seating couches would be a great addition. The house didn't have a classy/homy feel when it came to the smaller things. Provided plates don't really fit into the microwave. Freezer really small and appeared to have a layer missing

Convenient Clean Value for money

Perfect cottage for a few days. Everything was thought off, the cottage is incredibly well equipped, and comes with a pool which is great during summer.

No complaints, maybe a fan in the lounge, but this is knit picking...

It is a small town and the accommodation needs to have an agreement for a doctor to be able to do house calls if need be for out of town guests

The two bedroomed cottage was immaculate throughout. The beds were extremely comfortable and the linen and towels were of top quality. Tea, coffee, rusks and milk were provided, together with still and sparkling water - and toiletries in both bathrooms. A good array of crockery and glasses were available, and local information including a guided walk of historic Swellendam and restaurant ideas was appreciated. Sun loungers and pool towels were on site and the outdoor area was quiet and spacious - with a good sized plunge pool at the centre. Shade was available and an excellent BBQ area with outdoor seating. The terrace at the rear received the sun all day and the balcony at the front enjoys evening sun. We heard no noise from either of the two cottages next to us and overall our three night stay was fabulous. The centre of Swellendam is within walking distance and we felt safe in the area, which also provided free off road parking. Highly recommended, with excellent communication by the staff throughout.
