Meerblick Villa "Buena Vista" in Santa Ponsa, Mallorca

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Das Haus sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern – keine unangenehmen Überraschungen, sondern genau das, was man sich erhofft. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und liebevoll ausgewählt. Außerdem ist das Haus mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Der spektakuläre Ausblick auf die Bucht von Santa Ponça ist einfach atemberaubend und jeden Tag aufs Neue ein Highlight. Aufgrund der Lage empfiehlt sich aber ein Mietwagen, um flexibel unterwegs zu sein. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert per WhatsApp möglich, und sie war jederzeit erreichbar. Insgesamt ein perfekter Ort für einen erholsamen Urlaub – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Tout était parfait. La vue est encore plus belle en vrai. La villa est à faire rêver! La cuisine est super bien équipée en plus des jeux sur place pour la piscine. Un seul mot me vient en tête : WoW!

Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne, hervorragende Aussichtslage! Sehr modern und umfangreich ausgestattet. Hervorragend das ankommen, nicht lur für die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten sind hier gesorgt, sondern rundherum alles stimmig und elegant vorbereitet. Das Haus vermittelt einen rundherum angenehmes und hochwertiges Wohlfühlen. So schön kann Urlaub beginnen ....

Einzig die vielen Treppen, aber Bewegung soll ja. bekannterweise fit halten.

Absolutely everything about our stay was fantastic. From start to finish, the whole experience was seamless and exceeded our expectations. The villa itself was perfect, much larger than we anticipated, with a beautifully modern design and breath-taking views that made every day feel special. We stayed for 9 days and truly felt at home. The space had everything we could have needed and more, which made it both relaxing and luxurious. A huge thank you to Tatjana and her team, who were outstanding throughout. Their communication was always clear and timely, and they managed everything to perfection. It was reassuring to know we were so well looked after, which really allowed us to just relax and enjoy our time. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Majorca, it was everything we hoped for and more.

The villa was lovely. Plenty of space and amazing views. Michael our host was brilliant. Always replied to our messages promptly.

Beds and location.

Absolutely beautiful villa, perfect location with the most amazing views. The photos are great but do not do this villa justice. It’s so much bigger than it looks in the photos and the view is incredible! The villa is exceptionally equipped with everything you need to make your stay very comfortable. The pool is amazing and there’s plenty of outside space. It takes less than 10 mins to walk to the restaurants/shops/bars, which involves walking down a lot of steps! You can easily get a taxi back up the hill for the return journey which costs approximately €5. Communication before arriving was extremely good too. Love, love, love this place and very much hope to return.

Beautiful villa and views

The lady that checked us was very friendly, she asked what time would we be leaving and we said 12, she said no problem and left the key. So just the final day a man and a lady walked in to the villa at 10am and the man was furious we were still there, he was very rude to my sister.

The setting was stunning and rooms were spacious.

Better if the pool had been warmer.

Villa Buena Vista was wonderful - from the moment of the arrival being met by Michael to receive the keys and guided tour to the amazing decorations that had been organised for my wife's birthday celebrations. The villa itself is simply stunning - the top level living area is perfect for the group of friends we were visiting with to spend time socialising with its gorgeous decor and comfortable seating throughout. The kitchen is well equipped and I loved the portable & Sonos sound system allowing music to be played throughout the villa. Downstairs the rooms were extremely comfortable and again well furnished. The electronic shutters were important to block the bright sunshine out in the early mornings. The pool is an ideal size and the pool area is also having very comfortable furniture and we spent a couple of our lunchtimes having BBQs by the pool in the sun - just what we were looking for! The view from the villa down into Santa Ponsa is spectacular. Down the road there is a steep series of steps down into the town center which is a lot easier going down than up and takes about 10 mins. There is also a local taxi service available which normally arrives within 5 mins and costs €5-6 to take you down into the center. Down in Santa Ponsa there is a huge choice of bars, shops and restaurants to visit. This was a fantastic trip to Villa Buena Vista and my huge thanks to Tatjana for her help in making this an unforgettable trip! If you find this villa available, book it, you will not be disappointed!

The pool is not heated and so due to the time of year we visited was very cold when first entering but you soon get used to it. Not a problem for my group but worth to mention that access to the property is down a flight of stairs and then the bedrooms are a further level down so you need to be able to carry your bags up/down several flights.
