The flat is spacious and the layout functional. The wardrobes are tiny, but there is enough space to leave the luggage open on the floor. The living room provides a comfortable place to wait for the rain to end, if that's the case. Windows are huge and overlook nice greenery or the pool, this you never feel like you are closed inside. All rooms open on a small pool: a nice touch to further unwind back from the beach or for a plunge before heading there. Towels for the pool are provide. The beach is very close and the villas have direct access through a private path. The Wi-Fi works well. Several bars on the beach, make self-catering not necessary (although there is a kitchenette) even if you decided on not renting a vehicle. Daily cleaning and changing of bed linens, but you need to be about around 10:00 in the morning.

Clean, but not impeccably. Bits of dust here and there (e.g. under the beds). Linen had faint yellowish stains (probably would need professional cleaning rather than a domestic washing machine cycle), towels are not perfectly white either. Shower glass had soap stains. No hand soap is provided (body wash and shampoo are, though) and there is no light over the mirror in the bathroom. Weather-beaten chairs on the deck and not so clean mattresses on the sun beds. Only one large towel per person for bathroom use (no hand towel). Kitchen drawers and cupboards have a faint smell of mold, but I guess it is inevitable in this climate. Furniture is chipped here and there. Curtains could do with some steam cleaning and so does the couch. Overall could do with better maintenance (dark pots in the ceiling, badly fixed cracks).

Location was excellent. A couple of hundred yards walk to the beach, with a great choice of eateries.

Some sunbeds on the beach allocated to the property would have been a bonus. Other properties have allocated sunbeds for their guests.

The property is gorgeous, even better than in the pictures, next to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Highly recommend.

Loved everything!

we loved the private pool and the beach access. The place itself is very quiet. The villa was big and well mantined and equipped. 5 minutes from the main road, 7-11, food market, etc. The owners are lovely and very helpfull
