The owner of the place was so friendly and welcoming, she made sure we got assisted with everything we needed. And Charles the guy helped us with with our luggage and did set the fire for us, he was indeed a helpful gentleman.

Gorgeous! Gorgeous! Gorgeous! The pictures don’t even do it justice. If you are in joburg and need a relaxing retreat that’s only 45 min away then this is for you. Mary is an incredible host and her staff did an amazing job. The place is beautiful with huge, private and quiet surroundings. We enjoyed fires made for us every night and the private jacuzzi. I can’t wait to be back.

Not really a critique but If like me light bothers you in the mornings and interrupts your sleep I would suggest an eye-mask as the small windows at the top of the bedroom walls let light in.

What is there not to like??? Wow, wow, wow!!! This place is absolutely beautiful. I loved everything from the location, to the hosts, hospitality and the place itself. Nothing short of amazing!!! I loved everything about the cosy home. It had everything one needed to use in the kitchen. It was just perfect as in the pictures and had everything in its place.
