Pretty view / not up to standard for the price point

Extremely disappointing stay. We were notified only 30 minutes before check-in that the property wouldn’t be ready for another 2.5 hours. No compensation was offered. On the first night, the entire power cut out twice due to a faulty outlet and unsafe toaster. The host was uncontactable for nearly an hour, leaving us to find the circuit box and restore power ourselves. The property was not clean (clothes from previous guests left behind, filthy oven trays, cutlery and other kitchen items), the heater in one bedroom didn’t work, and the WiFi consistently dropped out every 30 minutes, making it unusable. We contacted the host multiple times after these issues and received no response. For over $530 per night, this was completely unacceptable. We left a night early due to the poor conditions and lack of support.

Overlooking a neighboring family home while on the balcony & the parking was a little difficult

Nothing was good about this particular experience.

On arrival, the beds from the previous guests were unmade, with no fresh linen. Our workers had to strip all the beds and sleep on bare mattresses with doonas without covers. There were no clean towels. The washing machine was full of wet towels. The bathroom was dirty with hair etc all over it. The kitchen floor was dirty. We were told that the house would be clean/serviced but this was not the case. Our workers were extremely disappointed that after a 4 hour drive from regional Victoria that they had to make do with sub standard cleanliness. They definitely did not expect to sleep in unmade beds with no fresh linen in accommodation that cost $595 per night! The workers attempted numerous times to contact the property, by phone, text and email, and this was unsuccessful.
