Suntoo Villa Wind & Kitesurf Accommodation

Wir haben 2 Wochen in der schönen Suntoo Villa verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt- die Villa hat zwei Appartements., eines im Erdgeschoss und eines im 1. Stock. Wir haben das sehr geräumige Appartement im 1.Stock bewohnt mit 3 Schlafzimmer und einem großen Wohnzimmer. Der Pool und das Rundherum ist gut gepflegt und angenehm. Ein echtes Highlight ist die große Dachterrasse, von der man einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer und den Le Morne hat. Die Villa liegt an einer tagsüber sehr befahrenen Straße, was man hört, uns aber nicht gestört hat, da es in der Nacht ruhig ist. In ein paar Autominuten ist man am schönen Surfstrand von Le Morne oder im Ort La Gaulette, wo es einen Supermarkt und Lokale gibt. Wir wurden vom Vermieter vom Flughafen abgeholt und sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Familie ist sehr gastfreundlich, hilfsbereit und kommunikativ, sodass wir viel Interessantes vom Leben auf der Insel erfahren haben. Wir haben die Zeit in der Suntoo Villa sehr genossen und können diese Unterkunft wirklich sehr empfehlen!

La piscine est vraiment un gros plus. Elle est plutôt grande et a été nettoyée le jour de notre arrivée . Le logement est exceptionnellement grand avec 3 chambres spacieuses et un grand séjour dont le canapé est très confortable. L emplacement est parfait pour qui va naviguer sur le spot du morne. Tres pratique également est de pouvoir stocker le matériel de naviguation dans un espace sécurisé bas de l escalier menant au logement. Nous etions dans le logement de l etage qui permet d accéder également à une terrasse sur le toit ayant une vue magnifique du morne et du coucher de soleil.

Rien. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Peu de contacts direct avec le proprietaire mais tres gentils quand nous nous sommes croisés. A noter que la route principale de la gaulette menant au morne et au sud de l île passe juste derrière le mur d enceinte de la piscine. Une voiture est nécessaire pour se déplacer et aller à la gaulette ou au morne.

Vicky and his family rent the place mainly to kite surfing guests. They took great care of us already before the travel. You can ask them anything relating the travel including sim cards for internet. We rented cars directly from Vicky and could even use them when moving to another house. Vicky rents pickup trucks, great for kitesurfing gear. The apartment is perfectly equipped and the couch is super comfy.

Vicky and his family were fantastic hosts. Any issues they were happy to help and Vicky took the time to drive us to the best local places to eat etc. The pool is great for kids. We were lucky that the floor above wasn’t rented so had the place to ourselves.

I liked everything including location, hospitality and the house. I was picked up from the airport by the owner, he showed me the beach, places where to eat, supermarkets, we even stopped for some groceries on our way to the house. I was impressed how big was the house, the second floor and the rooftop was all mine :) . The location is quiet , 10 min to the famous beach Le Morne. The owner also rented me a car and I still keeped it , even if I moved to another location. Definitely will recommend the place to my friends and not only =) and for sure will come back

Vicky is a great guy, made all the efforts to make us feel like home. We really enjoyed staying here, very short distance with car to excelent beach near LeMorne.

Villa was spacious and furnished. Good location. The owner Vicky was very helpful in showing us the nearby grocery, beach and Indian restaurant. Overall we had a pleasant stay at this villa. They gave us airport transfers services as well. They helped us with car rentals also. A very helpful family.

There were 3 bedrooms but only one bathroom.

The property served us a perfect location to windsurf Le Mornes famous One Eye wave. The apartment was spacy, clean, safe and quiet. There is also an access to large roof top terrace to enjoy the sunsets. Located just in the middle of everything - beach, mountains, restaurants, supermarket, hiking trails. We definitely will not look for another place when comming back again. The host, mr Vicky, is very nice, helpful and competent.

Wonderful host and beautiful villa conveniently located in the most gorgeous part of Mauritius. 360' terrace with gorgeous views of Le Morne and the beach / benitier island. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, even gave me some home baked pastries for Diwali. The house is well equiped to cook, near la Gaulette Supermarket. Key must-see sites are within 10-20mn drive from there: Chamarel, the 7 colors park, Ebony forest, the Morne beach and my favorite: the black rivers gorge National park (infinite trekking options there!) ....the villa is an incredible value for money.
