Meravigliosa villa in stile canario , dotata di tutti i comfort

We hebben hier een heerlijke tijd gehad met het hele gezin. Veel ruimte, binnen en buiten. Stijlvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Veel zaken hoef je niet mee te nemen want die zijn al aanwezig in de woning. Ruime en schone woning Karakteristieke patio Groot zwembad en lekker op temperatuur (in juni) Veel comfortabele zitplekken Goed bevoorraad (zoals vaatwastabletten, wasmiddel handdoeken, shampoo, houtskool) Welkomstpakket en zelfs een verrassing voor de kids Makkelijk contact met de verhuurder Centrale ligging op het eiland

Niets eigenlijk. Een 2e sleutel voor het hek en de hoofddeur was fijn geweest. In de nabije omgeving is weinig te beleven. Daarentegen, door de centrale ligging is het eiland gemakkelijk te verkennen.

Casa Jicara is a lovingly renovated old house. The pictures don't do it justice. Everything you can think of is available. From dishwasher tabs to laundry detergent to even sunscreen. There was plenty of space, both outside and inside. There was an extremely generous welcome basket with food. There was even two little gifts for our girls, so thoughtful! We absolutely loved our stay. Highly recommended!

The villa is stunning. So big and absolutely spotless with everything you need for your stay. The hosts are such lovely people and nothing is too much trouble.

First of all I must admit I'm not a fan of the rural, coutryside type of accomodations but I wanted a well equipped, quiet place with a pool, in the center of the island far from the touristy areas. As this seemed the best option I tried to neglect my negative feelings about the rustic style of this house. When we arrived in the evening I was so exhausted that I went straight to bed. The next morning I began to discover the premises. Oh boy, how wrong I was! The photos do not give proper justice to this residence. The more time I spent actually living and occupying the space there, the more I liked it. After the second day I was totally in love with the place. It's an incredibly tasteful and seemless mixture of old and new. There are stylish and practical nuances just around every corner, the whole place is cozy, soothes the soul and calms the mind. Sometimes I caught myself smiling randomly. The garden is spectacular, it gives you the sense of the whole Canaries in a miniature version. Also I was afraid of the lack of A/C. Turned out we didn't even need to use the fan at all in the middle of July, because the house is built with 50-60 cm thick white walls and so cleverly structured with the doors and windows that the nightly gusts of wind cools it down properly. I would like to say a big-big Thank You! to the owners for our perfect holiday, the generous welcome gift in the form of food, fruits, sweets and beverages and congratulate them for this magnificent diamond they created. If I ever come back to Fuerteventura I will definitely choose this again.

That it is not mine! :-) The wifi coverage could be better in the bedrooms because our kids were complaining a bit about it. I honestly didn't care. Also worth noting to fellow travellers that because of the thick walls, the cell phone signal reception is poor, so don't count on high mobile net speeds. It was not a crucial thing for me, I had books, sunshine, a pristine pool, a lovely view and a beautiful, well-equipped house.

The villa and gardens are beautiful and peaceful. The pool temperature was great and we all loved it. The outside kitchen allowed us so have lovely family barbecues and the central location of the villa along with our hire car meant we could explore the whole island. The hosts are amazing and left lots of little touches which just made the trip that little bit more special. Amazing place and we will be back

The villa has everything you need and more, very clean and very big. The owners are very helpful. First experience renting the villa, and it exceeded our expectations. Just perfect!!
