Fabulous Rustic Villa Set On Mountain With Unique Views

The owner is so kind and welcoming, helped us with any questions throughout our stay. Villa is huge and surrounded by orange, lemon and olive groves, so much to explore. House is incredibly comfortable, best kitchen for cooking (both inside and out). Magical to make a fire every evening and use the outdoor grill, look at the lights over Valdemossa. House has games, candles, speaker - literally everything you could need for a super comfy stay.

The drive up can be quite difficult and we had some challenges with it. The upstairs toilet kept clogging so we messaged the owner and he immediately sent over plumbers to check it! Could use with a few more towels for swimming etc... but there is also a washmachine is it's no problem!

The owner is a fantastic host and the place is amazing in the best part of Valldemossa.

This house is incredibly charming. It feels like you are staying in a friend’s villa. It is set up thoughtfully and carefully as you would find in any family home. Everything is clean and organized and where you would expect to find it. The setting is absolutely breathtaking. The host is extraordinarily friendly. Just a wonderful all-around experience.

Absolutely wonderful. We enjoyed our stay so much, and would go back in a heartbeat. The drive up is a bit scary if you do it for the first time at night after a bit of rain (but still doable), but it wasn't a problem once we knew where to go. The house itself is so cosy, comfortable, and well-equipped, we didn't miss a thing. I'd move in in a heartbeat. The views are absolutely incredible and the north-facing direction must definitely come in handy in summertime. Our favourite part was Adam - such a generous and lovely host. Communication with him was so easy, he really made sure we were taken care of and was incredibly welcoming.

Adam's finca is absolutely breathtaking. Great location on the edge of Valdemossa. A lovingly furnished house where you will find everything you need on holiday. Surrounded by olives, oranges and lemon trees. We felt very comfortable and welcome here, also thanks to the friendly host who was always checking on our well-being. Thank you Adam, we will definitely be back!

Everything was pretty amazing: Location, facilities - outside and inside. Adam is an outstanding host - amazing hospitality and always available. Small challenges were taking care of immediately. We will be back I am sure.

What's not to like ?

The villa is true to the description - fabulous with beautiful view of the mountains and village. It rustic but very comfortable as it is very well equipped in every way. It is very cosy, like home away from home. There are many things to keep us entertained such as lots of board games, movies, pool, outdoor games like basket ball, ping pong table etc. there are olive, lemon and orange trees around. Even resident senior cat, Poppy! The kitchen is well equipped so we cooked. There is beer on tap as well as well stocked bar! It is also possible to walk to the village for meals and shopping. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back again.

The location - access is bit challenging as it is rather steep road to the property.

We loved our time at this villa. The views of the Tramuntana Mountains can't be beat and there are numerous places to relax and take in the surroundings in hammocks or comfy chairs, all around the property. The owner, Adam, really went out of his way with suggestions for dinner and with help and suggestions to make our vacation special. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again in the future!

It is about a 20 minute walk to town - it's very steep at parts and there are no street lights so I wouldn't plan on walking after dark!

The house was lovely & felt like we were staying at a friend's home. The owner & host, Adam, was wonderful to communicate with and offered lots of help & information. The house is stocked with everything you need except shampoo & conditioner. The place is very comfortable & the views are amazing. The pool is awesome & we enjoyed it very much! There is a fully stocked refrigerator in the pool shed that you can drink whatever & pay up later on a honor system. It is a little tricky to get up to the house but so worth it. Very private spot, secluded, lots of outdoor areas to enjoy. There is an outdoor shower that everyone loved! The grounds have lemon trees & seating all over for you to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. It is a few minutes away from the shopping area of Valldemossa. There is a washer & dryer that came in handy. We made breakfasts & the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. There are tons of movies available to you but unfortunately we were running around & ran out of time for that. Adam is a wonderful host & we cannot wait to come back and stay again! We also chartered his boat for an afternoon & were lucky to have that opportunity to see the beautiful coastline with Adam as our guide. We are so happy we found this special gem!

Perhaps a few better bed pillows. Note that the 2 bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom, that was not a huge issue for us since our daughters stayed in the room next to us, and one has a door leading outside to pool area & an outdoor shower which was awesome but for another couple it could be an issue.
