Fantastic property in a great location. Really clean and spacious with a really nice open plan living area. 5 minute drive from the plaza and conveniently located for lots of Golf courses close to Villa Martin. We played Villa Martin & Roda that were both great.

"mostly great but could be amazing with small improvements"

-the house keeper Pernilla was really lovely and helpful. We had no issues communicating with her. -the pool is nice and is directly outside the villa. -the villa is modern inside and out and is nicely decorated. -really good kitchen facilities and stocked with herbs spices foil etc which we found really helpful. -tv with Netflix. -multiple bathrooms. -we loved the outdoor area and roof terrace. -the house felt really secure because it’s in a gated community.

-the welcome booklet/ instructions were lacking a little. There was no information about check out / what to do with the keys and no information as to where we were supposed to find the bins. -the pool isn’t heated so when we went in October it was too cold to use. -if we all tried to shower within a short time frame, there wasn’t enough hot water so after the first two people the showers were all cold. -we found the drains (particularly in the double room) to have a very strong smell which was unpleasant. -without a car, there’s very little in the local area. you can walk to the plaza in 20/25 minutes but there’s nothing else close by and the beach / marker are not within walking distance. -the photos aren’t entirely accurate anymore. the house could do with painting outside as it looks quite different from the photos.

"Everything you could need in a villa!"

The villa was first class. It had all the facilities we needed and was close enough to the plaza to walk. The booking process was very straightforward with excellent communication throughout. Will most definitely be booking again.
