Villas Yaiza

Fabulous villa, spotless clean and fresh. Beautiful floor to ceiling windows which bring the outdoor inside. Bright and inviting. Pool area is fab, clean and fresh. Would if loved cushions for the sun loungers, but thats my age showing. Large pool towels provided. When we arrived we were taken aback with the welcome package. Water, milk, bread, ham, cheese, cereal and coffee. Amazing!! Lovey walk along the cliff side into town snd perfect also for the marina location. Could not fault a thing.

There was nothing we didn't like on our 5 night stay. Absolutely perfect location and comfort!

Het huis is heerlijk, ligging perfect. Veel ruimte, veel spullen in de keuken en lopend naar de haven.

De overlast van de bouw, iedere dag 7.30 uur (behalve het weekend) begint de bouw en daar wordt je wakker van. Ook het zand, wat door veel wind, in je tuin en zwembad komt is vervelend.

The property definitely needs maintenance. To say it had 3 showers one of the them only worked just about. Not enough sun loungers for the number of guests. And we went in March and weather was good so some warmer bedding would have been nice.

Location was 2nd to none. Clean and comfortable with a bonus linen change after only 3 days. Plenty of kitchen utensils and a handy welcome pack on arrival. I’m 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and glorious outside space with sun loungers, bbq, outside dining and pool. Lovely maintenance man who cleaned the pool. Unusually , an excess of quality coat hangers too! It’s the little things :-)

People have mentioned before but the water pressure is poor. Plenty hot water, just not powerful. Also the building works at both ends of the street. Can’t be helped though. Host Alex was very reactive to our request for any query. Note that not all of the 11 villas have smart TVs but that may be updated soon?

The villa was perfect. No complaints whatsoever. Building development all around spoilt it. Cranes overhead with drilling and noise most of day. Think you should have been made aware of it. We spent most of our time going out to escape it. Spoilt our holiday.
