Villa Aphrodite by the Sea

The location was nice between Paphos and Coral Bay. The owner was friendly and there was wifi which was not listed on the property.

The house was filthy. We were a group of six people and all of us got bitten every night by bedbugs. All the furniture in the house were covered with bugs/flees. Door handle broken, lights not working, no maintenance done on the property and the carpets were dirty. Probably the worst experience our family has had ever on a travelling trip. The previous bad ratings highlighted the same issues and none of it has improved.

The only positive from an otherwise miserable stay was the location. The owner clearly doesn't care about the property (and the contact who arrived to give us the correct keybox key confirmed as much).

Stained carpets. Broken door handle on master bath, and broken shower head in the master shower. Moldy, rusted sill on guest bathroom window. I could go on and on and on. The property ought not to be rented.

The house in general is very spacious and comfortable to stay. Outside terrace was cosy. The price and quality ratio for a big group is very nice.

The carpets on the second floor need deep cleaning. A lot of cats outside but maybe it is a positive thing for others.

Good location, beach is 5 min walking. Its not sandy beach and not for comfortable with children.

When we arrivwd we have found not cleaned villa. yard was full of leafes, outside furniture was full of cat hair. When we called owner, someone left vacuum cleaner to clean by our selfs :) Furniture and all equipment in villa is very old. Some things were not working or broken. We were robbed, its not villa problem, but be carefull !!!
