The Vineyard Farmhouse Villa

The house is gorgeous and the check in was easy. Amazing amenities included! Ample secure parking, which was important for our small group as we were driving a secret car up to Monterey for car week and didn't want too many people around the car. The vinyl record collection was the BEST surprise! We stayed up playing records and shooting pool later than we should have, but loved every minute of it.

It would have been nice to have a welcome gift like a bottle of wine from the vineyard on property, but not a big deal. Also the upstairs bedrooms got a little warm, but opening the windows provided a nice breeze.

The lock box was hard to use, but there happened to be a man working there when we arrived and he let us in. That was very easy and pleasant. The family room was large and comfortable. Jeff let us use his fantastic old time viny record collection. He provides a record player and many wonderful records like Neil Diamond, Simon and Garfunkel and Elton John from the 60s and 70s. We felt honored to be trusted with those. And there was an excellent pool table with 6 pool cues, which all gave the family lots of pleasure. The pool was fun, even though a little cool for us, and we used the firepit and made smores. The weather was warm in the daytime and cooled off a lot at night. The house was always comfortable, and there were little places to sit and visit in groups of different sizes both inside and outside. The best part was Jeff, the owner, who helped us out with any problems or needs. He was laid back and made us feel welcome.

The property was beautifully maintained with lots of room for three couples and a fabulous kitchen

Big rather funky house in the middle of a vineyard. Would be amazing in summer and fall with greenery on the vines and able to sit outside on the patio

Kitchen needs more to truly make it comfortable like ziplock bags, parchment paper, napkins. Would be really nice to have a bottle of their actual vineyard wine on the counter to welcome us….

Beautiful country and close to the town

Well. The water and the water system Water was murky ? Well water ???Really not drink able. So we just bought water for drinking and coffee Also water pressure in upstairs showers were weak ( no pressure) but downstairs showers were strong

Sensational! Great place for children and adults! Charming, beautiful, well-stocked with everything one needed. Great layout, very comfortable beds, gorgeous vineyards, kids picked grapes and looked for eggs in chicken coup. Paradise!

We loved it!

The pool, spa and how big the house is that we never felt like we were walking all over each other.

Probably the smell of the water. Probably not much that can be done.
