Breakfast was good the location was absolutely perfect

This stay is double wide trailer, which is quite large and has more inside than you might expect. There are two full baths (one with a huge tub) and three bedrooms, giving plenty of space for privacy. The kitchen has everything you would need and there is also a (sort of old) washer and dryer pair. The owner lives next door and was willing to help with whatever you may need. Everything was clean and well maintained (though a bit dated).

The trailer is only a little more than a mile from the center of Bryson City. Unfortunately, walking there is not too easy/safe as you have to walk along main roads to get there (not really the owner's fault!). The neighborhood where the trailer sits appears a bit run down, but the neighbors seem friendly.

The location was excellent. Not even a mile away from the train ride. The house was very clean and very comfortable.

The location looked a little scary but once I was there and spoke to the owner and found out they were all family. I felt really safe.

It’s 2 minutes from town and in a quiet spot. The home is well supplied with nearly everything you need for a weekend stay. The host provided a lot of information about the area, restaurants, and activities.

The home needs a bit of cosmetic touch up repairs but is fully operational.

nothing…property was not what was advertised. we did not stay!

location, did not feel safe, and was not like any Villa I have ever seen. it was an older single wide mobile home in what appeared to be a trailer park next to a very “junk yard-ish” shop. Also (you could see daylight around door when closed)
