This is such a great little gem just outside of Kodaikanal. I'd like to start by thanking Antony, he really made our experience special! So attentive and always wanting to help us, couldn't have asked for a better host. The views at sunset were spectacular, sat drinking a chai was just the perfect way to round off an evening.

This is probably on us as we should've checked the distance before booking but it was a little far from Kodaikanal and there was only one bus, which came every 2 hours. We ended up walking a lot but it's around 2 hours to walk to the centre.

The location, the property and the hospitality on the whole was exceptional. Mr.Suresh was a great help procuring food for us from the nearest town and overall a great experience

A room heater would have helped

Caretaker was good no

The location, and fact that there was an Amazon firetv stick with smart TV

The property has 0 amenities..not even drinking water or towels . It is said to be a self service apartment but utensils are badly maintained, cutlery is scratched and broken, no kettle, no spoons, only forks. No caretaker available on facility..only comes once a day if you need. We had to wash our own vessels the day we reached after a 11 hour drive. Bathroom was not cleaned and had someone's hair in the drain.. even after bringing it to the owner notice, they did not bother to get it cleaned. Caretaker charges money for everything..not even bonfire is included in the cost of room, considering there are no other facilities or amenities. The sofa cushions are musty. While the room size is good and beds are comfortable..that is the ONLY plus point of the property.
