St Barth Villas

The house is gorgeous and exactly as pictured. The pool is beautiful and the whole outdoor area is really stunning. Crazy view. The rooms are comfortable and the AC works well. in the bedrooms. The location was great for us because it's up at the top of the island, far away from the psytrance full moon vibe in the south. It is a little isolated, you can't really walk to restaurants or stores, but if you have transportation it's great.

There were only two things we didn't like: one is the location at the top of a very (like very) steep hill. I had a motorbike so it was fine for me, but it can be tough to get up that hill. You probably won't want to walk it, and we had one experience where we rented a car for the five of us for the day, but when the car showed up the company said we couldn't put all five of us in it because it wouldn't make it up the hill. and the only other negative thing is the lack of adequate AC in the main area of the house. The bedrooms are all well air conditioned, but the living room/kitchen area has only one small AC, so it was really too hot to hang out in there during the day. We mostly didn't want to anyway, but just FYI.

Des lits additionnels demandés pour les enfants ont été facturés au prix (très) fort alors qu’ils étaient tellement durs et inconfortables que personne n’a pu dormir dedans…. Ménage additionnel demandé également facturé très au dessus de sa valeur. Probablement en raison de la période de vacances mais exagéré quand même.

In dieser Unterkunft fehlt es wirklich an nichts. Wenn sie die Möglichkeit haben diese zu buchen dann machen sie es. Der Pool, die Schlafzimmer, der Service, die Toiletten, das Wohnzimmer, einfach alles war perfekt. Der Ausblick ist wirklich himmlisch und man schaut genau zu wie die Sonne untergeht.

Das einzige was man bemängeln kann ist der Weg zur Unterkunft. Kurz vor der Haustüre ist ein steiler Berg deswegen holen sie sich lieber einen großen Roller. Wir hatten 160cc und sind zu zweit auf dem Roller gefahren und das war super und hat gereicht.

Let's be honest guys, the Villa is an absolute beauty: we LOVED it! Relatively new (AUG25), enough space for us all (4 adults + 3 kids), amazing view, beautiful pool. Seriously, we couldn't ask for anything better. On top of that, the guys looking after the property went above and beyond offering us extra services such as transfer from the airport, car/motorbike rental, chef at home experience and they've been absolute legends while arranging all the above with us before we got there. We even had a tiny issue with the A/C and they immediately sent someone to fix it: 10+!

The keys handover was all good, but it could have been managed more professionally TBH, it felt a bit rushed.

Exceptional view, nice house and very nice and helpfull staff.

Sleeping room (all, but especially master bedroom) airconditioning units did not work well, so we used the ceiling fan. We just came out of the jungle without airco, so we were able to handle.

Had an amazing stay at his Villa. Was even better than seen in the photos. Huge rooms all looking out to sea. The living space was very comfortable with huge windows looking out. we basically had them open all day to enjoy the breeze. All rooms have air con that worked really well keeping them cool- including the living room. All the rooms have large comfortable beds. Gabriel was a great host, helping with any request and made us feel very welcome. Perfect place for a family holiday and we will definitely return.

The villa was absolutely breathtaking. Having visited Koh Phangan many times, I can confidently say I’ve never stayed in a villa with such an incredible view. From the moment you step inside, you’re enveloped in a sense of tranquility and relaxation that’s truly unmatched.
