Paradise Garage Komodo Villa

The view was spectacular and the villa was spacious and comfortable for a large group. Tastefully decorated making it feel like home. The villa was clean and well maintained. Exceed my expectations in every way.

Amazing staff, breakfast, views! Wonderful place to stay. Would recommend it to anyone travelling to Labuan Bajo.

Internet was slow.

World class views and a huge lounge. We had a wonderful person (and cook) who produced top quality food. Coming back to this place after a hard day looking at dragons and turtles on amazing coral… well there are worse things you could do.

Not a lot to dislike. Might be clearer if it were advertised as two immediately adjacent villas with no privacy between the pool areas. But I didn’t care!

We stayed at Paradise Garage Komodo Villa for one night on August 20, 2023, right after my wedding in Bali. I was traveling with the groomsmen and bridesmaids who flew from Korea, all over Europe and the U.S. to Bali to be a part of our special day. We were picked up ON TIME by our host, Sari, with the biggest smile on her face (thank you for offering to pick us up, Mbak Sari! We appreciate you!). She graciously arranged two vans for us - one for the luggages and one for passengers. The villa was very close, less than 10 minutes away. Once we opened our front door, OH MY GOD the uninterrupted view of the Labuan Bajo port with a bonus of orange yolk-like sunset greeted all of us. Literally, all that we could say was, "OH MY GOD THIS IS SO BEAUTIFUL". After a few minutes of pictures and little moments trying to soak in the beauty of this place, we were briefed about our breakfast choices for the next day. It was a wonderful selection of Indonesian or western breakfast, with fully-stocked fridge and coffee machine (the fruit basket was a lovely addition). Each room had its own bathroom, with large, comfy bed. Every corner of this villa, including the pool, exceeded our expectations and I honestly don't think the pictures online do the real place justice because it is 100x more beautiful in real life. We had a security guard which made us feel safe and following the check-in, Sari helped us arrange a different driver for our dinner at a restaurant nearby. She also gave us a little gift for our "honeymoon" and we cannot thank her enough for her hospitality. Everything was perfect and I really want to keep this place all to myself but of course I decided to take some time to write this very long review filled with nothing but praises because this place deserves it. Will definitely come back again!

I wish the light button for the pool was more visible - I just felt bad that we had to call the security guard at 10 pm to turn on the pool light for us. Sorry to bother you, sir!

Love the concept of the place. Huge double storey villa to cater for large groups with private pool overlooking the sunset view of the island. Amenities were well equipped with kitchen if you want to do some cooking for your group. Large living room with balcony to do activities with your group.

Not really a con for my group, just a warning, the view is great as it is atop of hill where you can see the town below. However be aware it is pretty secluded and not walking distance to shops. It is near airport though.

The view from the balcony is superb. We can enjoy morning view and sunset from it. And the breakfast also good and the staff too.

Some of the pillow smell not good…
