San Antonio Villas

Everything was exceptional! The personnel were kind and friendly, our villa was cleaned every day and we had all the cooking equipment we need!

The pool was clean, the villa was in perfect condition, the grill had coal and fire starters already prepared for easy use and everything was clean.

We had a lovely stay and the accomodation is beautiful. Hospitality is great from the family who helps you to make the best out of your trip. All restaurant tips were great. The villas are well equiped and very tidy. Its situation is quite central so you can easily go everywhere. The pool area is amazing.

There may be groups of young people staying in one or more villas causing a lot of noise. We only experienced it for one day so did not have too much hinder from this.

Our stay at San Antonio Villas in Zakynthos was nothing short of perfect, and the exceptional hospitality provided by Mr. Dionisis made it truly unforgettable. From the moment we landed, he welcomed us at the airport and had everything meticulously arranged, including taxis to the villa and to various places around the island. His extensive network of friendly taxi drivers, shop owners, and boat captains made every part of our trip smooth and enjoyable, with everyone he introduced us to being warm, welcoming, and always smiling. What really stood out was how Mr. Dionisis was always available for us on WhatsApp, responding to our messages almost instantly, no matter the time of day. His attentiveness was so impressive that even my daughter jokingly asked if he was really human or some kind of ultra-efficient AI! He consistently checked in after every taxi ride to ensure we were safe, and he went above and beyond by organizing a private cruise with the best captains on the island. Adding to the charm of our stay, Mr. Dionisis’s mother was responsible for keeping our villa spotless. She not only ensured everything was perfectly clean but also refilled our supply of the most delicious olive oil we’ve ever tasted—I’m pretty sure it’s made from olives grown in their own garden. This personal touch made us feel even more at home. San Antonio Villas is a stunning place to stay, but it’s the warmth, care, and extraordinary service from Mr. Dionisis and his family that make it truly exceptional. If you’re looking for an unforgettable, stress-free holiday in Zakynthos, this is the place to be. We can’t wait to return!

Absolutely brilliant !!! There are not enough words to explain what experience and memories has been created by the owner Dionisis and by the villa itself. Dionisis is the real superstar. Most lovely and friendly human being he is. He went many extra miles to make our DIY planned wedding absolutely amazing. His connections and friendly helpnesness let us to have a beautiful and smooth wedding experience, it exceeded all the expectations. If it would be possible, would give a thousands stars on a review. The villa itself is gorgeous. The houses, the pool, the area, the service, the nature, the view and etc., everything was on the top level. Greatly recommend for anyone who is planning nice holidays in Zakynthos. Honestly..

Nice location, quiet, among olive trees and with a view of the entire valley. The villas are nice too, spacious, comfortable and fully equipped. Last but not least, the hosts are very friendly and ready to help with everything. Recommended

Great service, friendly atmosphere, Dionysios the owner was very helpful and goes extra mile to make you feel like at home. The place itself is amazing with a nice view, very clean, swimming pool and BBQ is a plus. We’ve traveled as a family 2+2, this place is definitely family friendly. It’s only the weather that wasn’t the best, but we’ve traveled mid-April so there was no expectation to see +30 degrees 😆

Nestled in a beautiful garden, the villa offers a cozy retreat with a lovely swimming pool. From plates to a welcoming spread of jams, honey, butter, and homemade cake, every detail is thoughtfully arranged. For added convenience, there's even laundry detergent provided, and fresh towels await daily. It's these extra touches that make the experience truly exceptional, ensuring a perfect getaway in every way. The owner and his family are incredibly friendly and helpful. The owner knows a lot about the island and gave us great tips to explore. His mom keeps the place spotless, and his dad even cooked us dinner one night! The villa itself is modern and has everything you need, like laundry facilities. It feels like staying with family, making our stay truly special and unforgettable. We(me and my wife) had an amazing experience at San Antonio Villas. Deniss greeted us at Villas with a map. He showed us all the best places to eat, to see, all the beaches. He even told us about more pricey places and good alternatives. Gave us a good general info about the island itself. Offered us a boat( for another price- not included in the rent price obviously, but good enough, so we didn'tneed to struggle looking for a boat ourselves) and then organised all that applies. In the kitchen there was a tasty pie, beers 😅 and juices and some more food and refreshments(tee, coffee, olive oil etc). Theres plenty of utensils to cook yourself if you want to. We did a bit. All necessary things are there. He gave us his phone no. so that we could contact any time we need to. And he replied very weel when we did message him. It's a good location. Not too far from centre of Zante and some most popular attractions like Cameo island, Laganas, Banana beach etc. Good roads around, easy approach. Good space for parking Cameras for everyone's safety. The house and surrounding area were very well looked after, clean and pleasant. Deniss' mom was coming to clean the house( new towels, bedding done) while we were away. Good parking. Spacious area. Some attributes for kids to play with. If you book off season, you might get lucky to have all the area for yourselves as we had it in the beginning of October.

Everything was absolutely amazing. The hospitality of the hosts is exceptional. The rooms were clean and were regularly cleaned while we were there. The internet is perfect. The place itself is gorgeous. The pool is a very nice addition since the last time we visited. The host can help you organize just about everything and is always willing to help. I look forward to visit you once again sooner than later. Thank you so much for everything you did for us while we were your guests.
