Villa Capricho exceeded all our expectations — it is even better than the photos suggest. The house is magnificent, impeccably maintained, and thoughtfully designed to provide the utmost comfort and well-being. Lucia and Gonzalo are extraordinary hosts: always reachable, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay truly memorable — which it certainly was. We were so impressed by the quality of the house and the warmth of the hospitality that we are already thinking about returning as soon as possible.

It would be hard to find a single negative aspect about this house. I dare you!

Great position. Very clean and comfortable. Had everything needed for a fab holiday. Lucia and Gonzalo were amazing. Sorted any issues out immediately and always answered messages and helped if needed. Lovely shops and restaurants close by. The pool was cleaned very regularly and was lovely and warm. Lovely garden and had nothing missing needed to have a perfect holiday.

Booked the villa as stated it had air conditioning as required due to a medical condition. On arrival found out it was coin operated. Had issues getting change for the machine. Also cost quite a bit that was not budgeted for. Would have preferred to know about this prior to arrival.

Lovely comfortable villa. Very comfortable beds and plenty bathrooms when villa is at its maximum amount of guests. Lovely, well maintained pool which was fabulous and plenty outside furniture. Lucia and Gonzalo, the villa caretakers were on hand if required but did not crowd us in any way. Lovely people.

Could have done with some steak knives when firing the barbecue up and also more barbecue utensils and some sharp kitchen knives for food preparation. We managed fine but these suggestions would just bring it up to a higher level. Also some plastic glasses and dishes for snacks to use outside as the tiled garden is not very forgiving if you accidentally drop or knock over a drink etc. Again, not a deal breaker but just a suggestion. Also being more mature travellers, why doesn’t every pool have a proper hand rail into the water as the steps are rather steep. There was a small hand rail on the pergola post but not quite enough for some less mobile guests.

The villa was excellent and in a quiet location, perfect for relaxing. Lucia and her husband were amazing at helping us at the villa and making sure everything went well.
